Check in time is 4:00 PM and we arrived at 5PM for we travelled 13hrs from Lanao del Norte to Davao City (yes! so long drive!). When we arrived we thought that everything were settle since we booked early for a room set for our family unfortunately our room, the one that we booked was not available since the occupants extended theIr stay and the receptionist forgot to tackle our booking. So what they did they want us to wait for a LITTLE time (knowing that we're so tired from that long trip) to settle our room and informed us to stay in a room smaller than we booked for one (1) day. Funny (kaya nga nagbook para ready na lahat dba?) but they gave us free foam and pillow for my brother since the bed that they gave us cannot occupy up to three (3) persons so my brother slept at the floor with a sleeping foam. Second, one creepy night, actually our last night with my family to stay in Davao. We were watching TV that time, it was 10 in the evening and suddenly one (1) of their crews knocked our door and once we open door the crew left without saying anything. My family got scared that night. Who would actually believe that a crew at the hotel want something at 10 PM? haha too terribly bad ! that creepy night wouldnt made us to stay a little longer in that hotel.. no not anymore. never again.. Please have your service got customer satisfaction. We wish the crew informed us what he actually want that night by morning so that we can leave with no worries. rrrr.

Stayed 1 night in a single room.They have special rate advertised outside but it s for 3 hours only.Rate for 1 night is 650p for single aircon room.Room is clean and new but no hot water no wifi in the room no English channels.Towel isnt soft.
