Probably not the best hotel in the area to opt for. The service is really terrible. When I asked the guards for help with parking, they were all confused on what to do. One of them pointed me to go through the driveway, but when I got into the line for the parking, I was being forced to turn all the way around the area by a different guard to go all the way to the back of the line. They were not accommodating at all. When I got to the lobby to check-in, I saw a man leading the foreigners in line to a separate desk. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude as soon as I approached her. She asked for the P2000 deposit, where I gladly handed her my debit card, which I also use for credit, yet she refused. When I asked for where the nearest ATM was, the woman refused to help me out and spoke in a very unacommodating tone. She also was not wearing a name tag, which was very unprofessional. I then spoke to the manager, who said she would talk to her employee. When they handed me the cards for my room, I had to ask for the details of the room number and WiFi. If not, they would’ve just handed it to me and allow me to walk away. Service should be key in hotel service and Holiday Inn Express was extremely disappointing. In addition, the hallways smelled terrible.
