Worst customer service and amenities

A "3-star" hotel with no parking space! And they even have the worst customer service! The worst choice of a hotel that I ever made!
Budget hotels provide a lot better services at a much cheaper rate!

If you like poor unstable Wi-Fi, if you like noise, if you like stains in your bed sheets and if you like unstable water supply, this is your place. What a disaster. The worst hotel stay ever in my life, and I have been in a few hundred hotels.

We needed a room for 6 hrs before taking a 1am flight so we shower and change after coming from the hot sweaty Boracay.

It’s location is OK an a block from the entrance to the Malls.

It’s a small business hotel, so not a luxury property that you hang around in.

Rooms were small, bathroom tight and management even tighter.

We’d booked and paid for 4 people but the room only had 2 towels.
We call reception to get 2 additional towels but they refused unless we paid for them. I go d that ridiculous.

There was renovation going on the main staircase was block which was potential safety issue re: fire evacuation.

Staff were fairly flat thought the chap who grabbed our luggage from the taxi was very pleasant.

Price was ok but not a positive impression due to the tight a policy.

My aunties checked-in in this hotel 1 senior citizen and 1 PWD. We are so relief and thankful that this Hotel have a Duty Manager like “John Lord” i heard some of his staff called him Sir Uno. He make sure everything is so easy for us. He manage to help us to arranged our hotel booking extension and even our flight booking to Iloilo. Even our daily grab taxi has been organised by him. He help us in his own will and i did not feel any fake intention from him. This is my first time to write a review, because this guy deserve this kind of appreciation. We are giving him a tip but he always rejecting it. Imagine how kind this guy is, Young but very responsible in his work. I hope this company hire more like him. God bless you guys . Thank you for the Wonderful experience.

Although we were tired from a 10 hour trip, we were treated rudely by Joel Talavera who was the manager-on-duty. All our rooms were fully paid for prior to our check in date. However, Joel Talavera informed us of an extra upgrade charge and even challenged us to transfer hotels. So the situation was very disappointing as we were expecting a warm reception at the hotel, especially from the manager himself, as he represents the Crown Regency brand. Any situation can never turn bad if handled professionally. I hope this review will reach the owners of the hotel.

Booked online. Arrived late at nigh. The team was very helpful and kind.

The room was small but very clean with several amenities... coffee, toothbrushes, soaps, etc.

I had an early meeting the next morning. They secured my bags while I had to go and didn’t think I would be back before check out.

It is very close to SM mall so decent location.

I would HIGHLY recommend the spa/massage that they offer. I was not able to do it in my room but went to their facility around the corner. The coffee scrub with 1 hr massage for P950 was AWESOME!!
