Although we were tired from a 10 hour trip, we were treated rudely by Joel Talavera who was the manager-on-duty. All our rooms were fully paid for prior to our check in date. However, Joel Talavera informed us of an extra upgrade charge and even challenged us to transfer hotels. So the situation was very disappointing as we were expecting a warm reception at the hotel, especially from the manager himself, as he represents the Crown Regency brand. Any situation can never turn bad if handled professionally. I hope this review will reach the owners of the hotel.
