I had an overnight stay with my friends, and the room was cosy and comfortable enough. The bed linens are clean and fresh except for the bathroom towels which look old and tired and heavily scented with a common laundry service detergent. The bathroom lights need to be brighter. The breakfast we had was good. They need to take out all those unnecessary decorations in the main lobby reception for it is decorated with beautiful hand painted art, which is enough to be the focal point.

A true example of excellent hospitality!

I started canvassing for my wedding last April 2015, since i wanted to book a once in a lifetime event, i chose this hotel. Mind you people, i never regret every single day of staying here. It made me felt like living in a 5 star hotel.

As an overseas bride, i am continuously emailing Miss Kimberly Mallari, the banquet coordinator of d hotel. I would say she is d most patient and accommodating person ive ever known! She replies quickly, and d wedding day? All my demands were provided, u can trust all ur dramas and leave stress behind! Thanks also to her colleagues specially Miss Minie and d lady chef(forgot her name): everyone in d hotel made our stay AWESOME! I would like to commend all d hotel staff, they were always smiling, friendly and attends to our needs in a snap!

My family and my in laws had a wonderful experience in this hotel. We always wanted to wake up with a buffet breakfast and HE never failed our tastebuds. Everyday is a different set of menu wherein they try to make it unique and healthy. I love their vegetable shake that i am still craving for it till now.

Since most of d tourist destination in baguio is located in gibraltar, its d most convenient hotel for me as you can just walk around in d streets for about 10-15mins heading to mines view. If u want to stay a lil far from d city's traffic, stay in ds hotel and u wont regret a thing!

For d future brides out there, i highly recommend HE for its high ceiling, sophistically painted hall(grand Santorini), unique and healthy foods that will satisfy your taste buds, very accommodating staffs, location wise, worth ur dime and lastly its world class facilities.

We're definitely coming back home for HE in 2017!

We are exulted with your excellent comments as per your wedding with special mention to our Banquet Coordinator Kim Mallari. We take pride on being the best venue for special occasions most specifically weddings, with our romantic Mediterranean ambience that was inspired by interiors of Tessa Prieto-Valdes and murals by Alfred Galvez.
We aim not only to serve but also to meet your grandest expectation and we are delighted that as per your review, we have delivered. Our sincerest gratitude to you and your entire family. Again, Best Wishes from your home here in the City of Pines.
We are looking forward on your next stay.

We stayed for 2 days at Rm 202, and it was disappointment.Housekeeping Staff are rude and unsure of what they are doing in the rooms,,the Rooms are very dirty including the CR!!!!,Since Baguio has a cool weather,we are anticipating the proper provision of hot water. However no hot water is available and the staff name Brenda saying we need to wait for the maintenance,,but no one come to fix it.

My friends and I attended a former colleague's wedding last December 2015. Since they were also booked at this hotel, the church was very near and the reception was to held here too, it was just logical to book at this hotel.

The hotel is just a jeepney away from Mines View. But if you plan to tour the city, then I suggest not getting this hotel, as this is a 15-20mins away from downtown.

They gave us coupons for their buffet continental breakfast. It was OK for a hotel though. However, I do hope they understand that its cold in Baguio, that us Manila dwellers wanted/needed heaters; they don't have any!! Then, their WIFI was kinda week. You have to standby your hotel room door.

But since it was 1k/pax/night for us and our married friends were there too, this was a good deal.

Room tip: Get the room for 4 pax

we had a wonderful stay in this hotel. their linens smells good. the room is large and even though it doesn't have an a/c the temperature is cold. the breakfast is great also. buffet style with a lot of of choices. their wifi connection in the room is poor. You have to be in the lobby for you to have a stronger connection. the hotel is just a 5-10mins walk to wright park.
