the positioning of aircondition units were not so well thought off. The cold air coming from them usually hits the beds directly.

The hotel rooms are very spacious with a separate lounge and bathroom. The mattresses are uncomfortable. There is free WiFi in the rooms however not that reliable. A fair amount of street noise from time to time but overall its fairly quiet. The hotel is well positioned with secure car parking. The staff are very friendly throughout. On this occasion the towels in the room were stained and dirty which was not a good look. The restaurant is quaint and has a good selection of food for a reasonable price. They have a licensed bar. The restaurant is open early for breakfast and there is a continental breakfast supplied with your room. No bar fridge service other than water. Room service is available.

The rooms are large, AC works but a little noisy. The fittings are good quality and all worked, The Internet was PNG standard slow but eventually worked. The restaurant served quality food with a good sized serve, the Chinese menu was excellent

I enjoy this hotel quite a bit. Big spacious rooms! Been here 3 times recently and have always experienced same consistent friendly service. Particularly impressed with the speed of room service. Nicely located hotel as well. In the heart of Lae city but somehow set apart from it - or at least that's the feeling I have about this hotel. Will certainly be returning for my next business trip.

Delicious food at very reasonable price compared to other hotel and restaurant in Lae and in Papua New Guinea. Location is in the heart of the city. Very friendly and approachable staff. Ambience is good.

Good room by Lae standards, good Asian food chef although therein only a basic cafe / restaurant on site, central location in Lae, free wifi, good friendly staff. No formal bar just a small area outside the cafe in the covered car park
