One of the best places to stay when in Essaqiura.
We stayed in the Ceasar loft which is right at the top of this magnificent riad.
The views are exceptional looking over the ramparts and the ocean. With our own private terrace offering views over Essaqiura on one side and the ever changing ocean on the other we really didn't want to leave. The room itself has everything and more youll need to have you feeling relaxed and calm.
The most comfortable bed and sofas looking straight out at amazing views while be served an absolutely huge breakfast by wonderful staff......It was perfect.
Isobela and her staff take great pride in all they do and it's shows in abundance.
Loved it and can't wait to go back to a very special place.

As we wrote in our review following last May's all too brief visit to this riad, we have indeed returned - this time increasing our stay to 3 nights! This relaxing, delightfully quirky accommodation again met all our high expections. All the other 'Excellent' reviews, including our previous one, sum up all that Isabelle has achieved. We can feel the warmth she has put into adding her design and artistic talents into her love of this fascinating riad which overlooks the sea, yet is so conveniently situated for exploring the colourful medina.
Should you be interested in Moroccan spices, do ask Isabelle's advice as to where to visit - I learnt a great deal from Mustafa and did buy some too - very pleasantly without the 'hard sell'.
One other point if reading the older negative reviews about this riad, - please do take into account that these were written before Isabelle had ownership and worked her magic.

Room Tip: All the rooms are very pleasant, but the ones with sea views are definitely to best.

Isabelle runs a wonderful place, overlooking the ramparts of the old medina. She could not have been more helpful and welcoming and ensures the whole atmosphere is warm and easy. Each room has an individual character with many old artefacts. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace and overlooking the sea. When we were there the air coming off the ocean was damp and misty but there was extra heating in the rooms to compensate. We have great memories of our stay - merci!

The house is definitely worth to spend more days. Very stylish and cozy. We regret we could only stay there for only one night. It's really relax to sleep in a room with see view and listen the sea hitting the rocks. We had a great experience in the guesthouse. Definitely recommended!! One of the best riad we stay in Morocco, if not the best. You could see sunrise, sunset and have breakfast on the terrace. The location is great. Super close to the see and could direct see the see and sunshine. Could also walk to visit some artists shop.

Room Tip: better to order the room with sea view....it's awesome. the terrace is one of the kind. I could even take photos on moonset at my room.

We just loved this place and are planning to visit again. Slightly shabby but all the better for it, totally original and interesting, in a perfect location with the best views of the sea and the sunset. Enchanting.
Great breakfast too - you won't need lunch!

Room Tip: Ask for the room with the sea view - stunning
