5 minutes walk away from Pyramid Shopping Mall and all you need to pay is around RM 75 - RM95 for a room in Sun Inn. But! if you don't mind. the room is incredible small and the bathroom is even smaller. Worth the value if you're a thrifty traveler.
The best thing is location and prices, but less on room facilities such as aircon not working properly, soap have not good smell, bed sheet not clean, tv small and have only 3-5 tv channel and not clear,
Be careful of insects like small cockroaches, slow running water, no lift to level 2, thus you have to hand carry your luggage. Door is faulty thus make sure you check again and again that room is locked. No amenities provided, please remember to bring/buy at your own expense. Location is near sunway pyramid and sunway lagoon theme park, just 5-10 mins walk.

- noisy ( room facing main road and mamak restaurant open 24h (below the room 325 lagoon 2))
- bedding too soft ( the bed is sinking in the middle )
- elevator got problem opening up when reaching ground floor ( abit slow when reaching the 2nd floor)
Family 4 room is cozy and comfortable. Free wifi, friendly staff and located near to Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Lagoon. The price is affordable which is rm140 per night accomodation and I got 4 free drinks. Moreover, the enviroment is safe and assure u a good stay in here. Thanks Sun Inn :)
