I just came back from a short weekend getaway with a group of friends. Stayed in the 3 rooms apartment, very spacious but lack of amenities. It's a very basic apartment, huge living room with sofa and a TV, balcony without drying racks( I was not able to dry the wet swim suits), very simple kitchen with a refrigerator and a heater. There was no remote control for air conditioners in our rooms so everyone has to share the only remote control in the living room. The floor was bit dusty, looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. However, the breakfast was better than expected. Wide range of selections for the guests to choose. Great view from the room too.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious and good for 6. The building needs maintenance and the cleanliness can be improved, the rate includes breakfast and free Wifi but the Wifi was inconsistent. I guess this is the best hotel in the area.

Room Tip: Spacious room and it is kid-friendly hotel

Arrived at the hotel, check in was fast. Front desk could be friendlier. No porter to help you with the bags too. Limited seats if you are waiting for your rooms to be ready but you can sightseeing at the pool or visit the poorly supply shop that only stocked cheap looking souvenirs with a bit high price.

There's only 2 elevators for the block. Luckily not many guest were there so waiting time at the elevators were bearable. Corridors were well lite. Rooms were big I think more than 5 queen size beds could be place in it. A lot of open, empty space in the room. There's a kitchen cabinet with water tap but i don't think much people used it. All rooms have a small balcony to dry your clothes, a big balcony overlooking either the man made beach/ pool or parking space and an extra room with a single bed.

We got the one with the beach/ pool, it's serene but the beach's water was turning green. The floating obstacle course on the water looked unused for some time now. Equipment inside the room was functioning well. Room was clean but could be better. Bathroom has a tub, shower but weirdly place I wished I had took some pictures of it.WiFi there is none existence so better have your own.

Breakfast had limited choices of porridge, rice, fruits and pastries. Tables looked limited too but not much people ate there. Pools can be packed at times but manageable. The hotel is kinda far from the small town & the shops that were nearby is deserted with one or two shops opened. A jetty was nearby if you need to go to Pangkor Island just 30 minutes boat ride away.

Room Tip: Most people will get the man made beach view but the parking space view can see the jetty

The rooms we had were lovely. It was spacious and more thAn enough for us family of 4 with a toddler a 12 year old. The breakfast spread was tasty and sufficient for us, suited to our kids tastebud and us adults too. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The small pool was kinda fun for our kids, and enough entertainment for them during the long weekend holidays. The only downside is the insufficient amount of soap provided in the bathroom. Other than that we are pretty happy. Even the tv channels suited everyone's wish. For mom, dad and kids...for meals, around the area if we drive out, we can find a lot of affordable eating places.

This island is a relatively new man-made island. This hotel consists of 2 wings and we stayed at the newer wing with longer lap swimming pool.

Parking is just in front of the hotel and it's super easy to find. (I suppose you need to have a car otherwise you need to have a long walk).

Breakfast is standard good. Ala cartel dinner is only available at 8.30pm because they serve buffet dinner before hand due to Ramadan. Hence, we had to drive out of hotel for dinner. A little inconvenient but doable.

The apartment is huge and spacious. The living room & kitchen are big ( no cooking facilities there). Only coffee, tea and & electric water boiler. Also a fridge.
We love the big balcony facing Pangkor Marina (the dock yard) so we have some night views.

Overall it's good value for money for a quiet family bonding and a place to relax not needing much to do. I recommend this place.

Your observations were noticeably specific thus provided us specific areas of targets indeed to improve and even continue to do much better. The apartment units' default set-up serves our guest on a short term stay. When a guest or two or a family of 4 to 6 intends to stay longer than usual cooking and laundry facilities are added on automatically or pre-arrange in bookings. It was pleasure having you. As the saying goes "cleanliness is next to godliness". Cheers, Anthony
