This Hotel is truly a 5 Star plus facility. The staff is incredible friendly, dedicated, competent, passionate and anticipating every wish you might have . The rooms are fantastic, spacious and extremely tastefully designed. The food and drinks are also excellent, so is the gym, the beach with its wonderful and comfortable sun beds. We definitely come back to this beautiful place with its wonderful people which made our stay unforgettable!

Every single member of staff is trained to the highest standards to anticipate what you want or need even before you yourself know. The Butler service is an amazing addition to have TWG teas (or some coffee) brought to your room and served so nicely.
The rooms fittings are luxurious and the bathroom excellent, proper sized towels and lovely touches like facial cleanser. The bed is one of the comfiest out there. I expect nothing less than that typical ‘Smell’ all around the property from a hotel of this class. These are not Five Star hotels, there should be a higher category. Hotels of this calibre are luxury Five Star, attention to detail at every turn. Every cushion on display is chopped to perfection and plumped up to any designers’ delight.
Breakfast is exceptional with luxurious buffet and a la carte. The lobster omelette and caviar truffle scrambled eggs were my favourite. Lovely selection of local delights too and of course the famous St Regis Bloody Mary with a twist and a nod to Langkawi.
Favourite activity was taking walks around the extensive grounds where I saw many macaques and the quieter and more elusive Dusky Leaf money. White bellied Sea eagles patrol the property as well as Kites and Hornbills. Please stop calling them toucans I heard so many people doing so it’s very ignorant. We saw many monitor lizards in the sea areas over the bridge too.
Every restaurant is amazing but Kayaputi I have no words fitting enough to describe it. We didn’t local heritage cushion taster menu and the longer tasting menu a different night, with matched wines. Exceptional value. Breathtaking setting.
We are looking to book asap to come back as relaxing on the silver and tranquil beach, with the highest end furniture around is something I cannot wait to do again soon.

I called the hotel to plan a proposal for my girlfriend of 11 years, initially arranging a cabana dinner at sunset with Ms. Esmee. Due to bad weather, we moved to Kayuputi, where I asked for someone to capture the moment on video. Hafiz from Pantai Grill exceeded our expectations—he filmed and edited a beautiful keepsake of the proposal, including candid moments and heartfelt reactions from our families.

The next day, Hafiz personally delivered the video by the beach, and we were speechless at its quality and his thoughtfulness. We are deeply grateful for his dedication, which made our moment truly special. We also want to thank our butler, Mr. Shiven, Mr. Azman for their assistance, and Ms. Dorcas for taking care of us during our stay. This experience will be cherished forever.
