Somewhat difficult to find with lots of construction in the area. The room was clean and no creepy crawlers. Saw two huge ones in the lobby and mashed them with my shoes. You can walk to the city center but have to go the back way. The pool was really good and clean.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. From the arrival to my departure, everything was wonderful. The hotel itself is very closed with the JB Central and also with the train Station. The staff was very helpful and made sure to address you by name. I recommend Alex Albert to be the most friendliest person. He was good manner and he was good taking care of me as a guest in your hotel. he is your one of good investment in the hotel in future. I AM SURE I WILL BE BACK TO YOUR HOTEL AGAIN. love its hospitality.

Its kind of old hotel built up. Don't expect on modern architecture look. The room is clean but no proper maintenance done on its Air-conditioning unit as I can see lot of dust/dirt stuck there for ages. Toilet is very average like staying in a low budget hotel.

I would not recommend for family with kids. 15mins drive to JB town and if you looking for low budget stay, you can take this hotel.

Car parking is at behind of hotel (Not convenient) as you need to walk to the other building to park your car and it looks scary which is not good for family with kids although its free.

For solo, businessman, friends - recommended

Unfortunately nvr snap any photos

On the inside, the receptionist was friendly, the room was nice and i enjoyed stay there, though the hallway quite dark.. it's near from JB sentral, only 5 minutes walk..on the outside, I think this hotel need to improve if it want to become the real 3 star hotel, because the building appearance was dirty and old.. and yess when i came back on august, it was all new.. they paint it all with a refreshing colour, nice.

The hotel was under "exterior renovation" (according to the notice posted in the hotel lift) during our stay there. Not sure if they are going to renovate the interior as well, but the hotel condition was really bad. Due to the renovation, we could not even find the hotel lobby. The room condition was...sorry, horrible... The lifts look like they were lifts of low-cost apartments. There were cracks on the wall. The sofa linen was broken. The room looked like it's not being cleaned properly. Shower room was quite small, they should have moved the shower screen further away. The room door looked fragile. With such condition, the hotel is considered "overpriced". Hope the management will proceed with interior renovation as well.
