This hotel is located right next to the train station so it is very convenient. The rooms are small with interior of a bed, work bench and a small shower/bath tub. The room was clean and felt fresh.
No staff spoke any English (apart from a few words) when I was there but it worked out alright anyway.
There is a small canteen where the serve breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was not comparable to a large hotel but it was actually very OK with a decent amount of choices.
Whenever back in Atsugi for a one or two night business stay I will return to this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, as the hotels I usually stay at were booked. The front staff were nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean. However, the entire floor on which I stayed did not smell good, and the room it self was very small. The room itself was barely bigger than the bed (maybe a foot longer). There was not enough open area to put personal items. The room did have a fold out table that could be used as a desk, but it was quite small, and the "chair" for the desk was a small ottoman. I tried to work at the desk, but couldn't. The bathroom was also very small - no room for toiletries. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and there were no issues with hot water etc. If you end up here, get a room on the side away from the train tracks (too noisy for my travel companion). There is a 500 Yen breakfast, but it is basically a hot sandwich and coffee. There is a Denny's across the street for a better breakfast.

This hotel is just outside the Hon-atsugi metro station. The room is provided with a TV, normally 8 channels you can see freely but if you want to see any pay channels, then you have to buy the credits, it costs around 1000 yen per day. There is a common kitchen for cooking the food for each floor. Internet is free and there is a shared computer at the reception which anybody can use for the normal browsing.

Room Tip: All rooms are similar

My first trip to Japan started with a night at another hotel in a smoking room so I ended up here as an alternative.

I was in the basic room which is small (very small by US standards) with the bed stretching from wall to wall and a slight area with a night stand and flip up desk. The bath room is what a friend accurately described as a cruise ship bathroom.

The hotel was clean and relatively smoke free as opposed to the other hotel where the lobby even smelled of smoke let alone my unfortunate room situation.

I was very comfortable in the room even when I worked at the desk (no chair but a rolling stool) and there was a small refrigerator as well in the night stand.

One thing to keep in mind is the rooms on the back side of the hotel can faintly hear the trains going by which did not bother me but might others. Also there are no drawers in the standard room.

For a bit more space the next room size up I hear is bigger.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the street side to avoid train noise and unless you are comfortable in a small space go for the bigger room.
