First of all, the connection with the station or the airport terminals run every 30 minutes or even every hour. The first bus to the terminals is at 6.30 am and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. At the end, it's not worth staying there, since the Narita Express from the center of Tokyo takes only 35 minutes to get to the airport.
The hotel itself is a low level Hilton. Our room, a standard double, was really small.
Only 4 english speaking free Tv channels, terrible minibar.
We ordered a club sandwich and a sandwich for kid and we paid the same price we paid at the Four seasons in Tokyo (about 25 dollars for the club sandwich) and the quality was really terrible.
The pool goes with the extras and it costed about 15 dollars for adult and 10 for the kid.
I would never stay there again.
