Staff is friendly, rooms are a good size. Rooms are generally clean and comfortable but have seen better days. An update is definitely needed in the rooms. Wireless internet is not acceptable, it is slow and continuously drops the connection. This has been a common experience with my coworkers when using this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 3.5 years while in transit in Japan. I have also written a very reviews in the past. Nothing has changed, this is an excellent business hotel especially for the very good prices that can be had from the usual online booking services. The rooms are a good size for Japan, and mine have always been clean. The facing to the southwest have a good view of the airline traffic to Narita, which is fun if you are a plane spotter.

On this visit, I received a call from the hotel staff about an item I had left behind 1.5 years earlier, which truly surprised and impressed me!

The only ding was that the breakfast restaurant still insists on using powdered eggs for their version of mushing scrambled eggs, which is not unusual in Japan, but a disappointment nonetheless.

Room tip: Higher rooms facing the airport are nice for plane spotting!

Thankfully only had to stay for one night at this airport hotel on a recent Archers tour of Japan. The hotel has obviously seen better days and the room I was given was dirty in particular the bathroom which had mould on the tiles and along bath/shower taps and surface and the plug hole was also full of long hairs. The toilet did not look too clean either and mould appeared to be growing on the ceiling near the room air-conditioning vent. Surprised to find such a unclean hotel of this low quality in a country like Japan and that tour companies in particular use this hotel. Had an early flight at the nearby airport so first to breakfast the next morning where I found the food was not very warm. Thankfully did not have to hang around too long and advise future travellers avoid the Narita Excel Tokyo hotel if you can. Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay here. Not a good memory of Japan on our last day.

Room tip: From what I could tell all rooms were just as bad as mine for cleanliness.

This is an airport hotel -- with all its positives and negatives. On the positives -- airport shuttle. On the negatives -- nothing "around" -- one restaurant that is difficult to get to -- have to cross a highway through a car-focused bridge -- and the restaurant does not seem to work too often and be too occupied.

There is a nice onsen (for a modern airport hotel) and the exercise room is acceptable -- not bad at all.

Hotel restaurant is a bit pricey, but serves good food.

Breakfast is rich in varieties of foods (Japanese and Western) and has a view on a Japanese Garden.

This is why I like this hotel in the Fall. I stayed there in October 2013 (do not trust the date in the system, but I m new and cannot go back this far in it) and it was really nice to look at the garden full of Autumn Leaves -- in yellow and red. Only Japanese can do a garden like this.

For me this hotel is quite nice for transit hotel. Breakfast is included at the first floor which is very nice and remember don't use sleepers because they won't let you in to the restaurant. The room itself is quite good, even thou its small room but i like this hotel.
