It's quite a fancy izakaya with very friendly staff. The owner speaks pretty good English, and will be keen to find out where you're from, and have a chat if you're willing. The menu is all in Japanese, and the rest of the staff don't speak much English, but sometimes she will have a foreign staff member who can speak in English, and she will try her best to help you order from the menu.
The food is really good, particularly their sushi. It all changes quite regularly. They also have a great selection of sake, hot and cold.
Overall it's a pretty cute, up-market place, that is good if you want to go out for some nice food and drink.
