We went here without a reservation and were welcomed by a great host. This food was amazing, very well priced and we were treated to a complimentary dessert. Best food so far.

Our meal here was the best we had in our whole trip to Japan.
We looked for another place and found this one. The owner spook no English but was very charming. The place is divided into tiny private little spaces. Great atmosphere. The food was really good and not too expensive. A must in Kanazawa.

kanazawa's best. after a long walk around the city we found this little gem.. food outstanding. service outstanding. so good we didn't bother to look elsewhere and returned the following evening. we were amazed with the staffs memory of our previous visit and would highly recommend this restaurant, if wagyu and fine food is on your list. 5 star would be under stating this amazing place

great restaurant, friendly staff, amazing food! definitely going back when having a chance! we were probably the only westeners there, so we got a little attention even with the other guests. very sweet, though. we loved it and would recommend it for a great japanese bbq experience.
