It's hard to say anything bad about this hotel. Our second time staying here. The rooms are of a good size compared to many Japan hotels, although those with three, or even four beds, are probably rather cramped. The price per night is also very reasonable.
A couple of small design issues though: the toilet paper holder is right where you want to put your knee, and for tall people the towel shelf is right where you can hit your head when bending to flush the toilet. The bathroom, like most Japanese hotels is small and cramped - shower over the bath.
Overall though, highly recommended. Staff are pleasant and helpful, but with patchy English skills. Only a short walk from the main train station and about half the distance can be done underground.
