First time to stay at this brand of Hyatt hotels, the Hyatt House gave me a wonderful experience for a couple of days stay. It's location is the best right next to the train station in the middle of the city. It's not a Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt or any other Hyatt hotel but there is really not much difference as regards comfort and service. I love the minimalist modern design of the hotel and find the room to be spacious and homey complete with a fully-equipped kitchen perfect for families. The buffet breakfast is wonderful with Western and Japanese selection. The staff - the front desk and the restaurant staff - is very commendable in their attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism. Kudos to the management. Days before checking in, they sent me a welcome email. I really appreciate this gesture. Particularly, I'd like to thank Shingu-san, Wakabayashi-san, Kabata-san and Kaori-San who directly helped me and made this stay such a wonderful one. I'll definitely come back perhaps in autumn.
