Hotel staff helped us to get back my wife glasses that she left inside the train, and also staff is very experienced with baggage delivery. My children are very happy with the bathtub and are still talking about this hotel even after we left Kanazawa. Will be even better if this hotel has its own laundry room.
Great location minutes to the Kanazawa station (close to seven eleven, food etc downstairs), and great environmentally friendly room. Design was minimalist and exceptional. Also, Excellent customer service.
The hotel opened in late 2020, everything is still brand new. Lots of local art skilfully displayed throughout the property.
The rooms are extremely spacious and well appointed. The beauty products in the shower are of high quality, I was not expecting that.
The lounge bar very well decorated and reasonably priced.
Breakfast perhaps is the weakest point. Quality of ingredients didn’t really impress me. The patisserie was actually not up to standards.
In Japan for breakfast there is only white bread, not only at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa, but everywhere. This little detail really nags me.
Despite breakfast the property is a solid 4*+ hotel.

An enjoyable two night stay at a budget friendly hotel in mid-May. Despite being adjacent to train station and large shopping mall, the property was quiet and calm. Room was spotless. Hotel does not offer concierge services.
