Hotel location is super convenient. Staff was friendly, especially the gentleman who was at hotel main door on the 4th July afternoon, he was very helpful. We saw him at breakfast the second day morning, he was also helpful. Thank you
This hotel was sophisticated, beautiful, and immaculately clean. It was centrally located, just steps away from the train station, buses, and shopping. The staff was amazing and courteous.We would definetly recommend to everyone. This hotel will complete your experience in beautiful Kanazawa!
This is one of the best Hyatt properties in Japan. Convenient location next to the station and easy walk to the market and other sites. Hotel is brand new and looks great. They have a nice rooftop bar in the warmer months. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good at honoring Hyatt member benefits. Cannot say enough about this property.
A brand new hotel very well located. Few teething issues compared to what you could expect at start. Rooms are comfortable and well setup. I found this Hyatt Centric higher end than the one in Ginza. Would definitely return for a next trip in Kanazawa.

Location is right next to the JR Station. Very convenient for the train to Kyoto or Tokyo.
Had a lovely upgrade to a city view suite based on my Hyatt status.
Dinner at the restaurant was comical. Ordered four items and they came in reverse order starting with the dessert and ending with the appetizer. How the waiter and kitchen didn't pay any attention or are the employees unfamiliar with the food served? Apple pie as an appetizer?
The front desk is also slow. Had to show them how to bypass the DCC scam at the terminal and ended up missing the train.
AC works well and internet also most of the time. I had to tether on the cellphone network once because the hotel's network was down.
Will likely return.
