Great location, spotless room. My son loved the dinosaurs! It was also very easy to call someone from the staff to keep our luggage for a few hours before check-in time so that we could visit.
Just But be careful if you have big luggage, it won't be easy to open them in the room. We only had small suitcases so no problem for us.

nice room but size is abit small, difficulty finding space to put 2 luggage open. fancy dinosaurs check in. laundromat was constantly full and in usage. should have put a coin changing machine beside laundromat.

Funny reception dinosaurs. Very cheap. good breakfast. rooms are very compact but ok. very clean and comfortable. good service and not too large of a hotel. has baggage storage. very quick customer service.

Compact rooms so really only good for short stay: very comfortable beds, Japanese / Western style (mattresses on raised platform), small table and armchairs; private bathroom. Guests are greeted by robotic dinosaurs (quirky) and actual check-in was via a touch screen (multilingual). Check-in was slow. Good buffet breakfast. Good location (close to convenience store, Nagamachi Samurai District, and gardens and castle). Off site, paid parking options close by (3-5mins walk). Could use some more human back-up at Reception for questions/assistance and speed.

We would also like to apologize for the trouble we caused with our check-in process. The check-in terminal has a staff call button on it; once pressed, a staff member will come and assist our guest with check-in while answering any and all questions they might have. While the raptors are the faces of our hotel, the human staff is always ready to help you as well.

The room was really nice, comfortable, and affordable. It is very close to the garden and other main attractions in the area. The rooms were nice and big and the beds were comfortable. my friends and I were surprised by how nice it was for the price. The staff didn't replace the tea so if you enjoy that in the morning, bring your own. Each room has a kettle so it's easy to make tea and food.
