As we say, we rarely write reviews until the stay is really special, and in this case, it was. We wanted to take the time to thank the amazing staff and tell others that this is a wonderful place to stay for whatever brings you to Kanazawa.

Management, reception, and cleaning staff work tirelessly, professionally, and extremely warmly to make the stay the very best they can. World class hospitality. Special thanks to the manager and team - especially Ms. Tanaka, Ms Koizumi, and Mr Tomita, who all jumped in to help us with Go To Travel program. Check-out team was also so helpful and accommodating.

The room was just right for our weeklong stay in which we were both working online and also site-seeing in the city. Some very special amenities like foot massager and special shower! Recommend a room with a full sofa bench - very helpful for getting your food at the foot stalls in the mall next door and having some COVID-friendly dining back in your room. Good views of the city for long work calls.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Forza. The rooms were a decent size, clean, comfortable and had all ammenities necessary. The location is decent- close to the train station (~10min walk), a subway station right outside and near to many great restaurant and dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful.
One suggestion would be to have information on the tablet provided in room display information in multiple languages (Perhaps it does but we were unable to figure it out).
Overall the hotel offers great value for the price and is a decent choice for your time in Kanzawa.

Good location, rooms are of good sized compared to Tokyo. Hotel provided amenities to make up for the absence of Onsen. JR bus-stops are nearby. Hotel provided free 2 cups of wine for 2 night stay. Hotel staff are very helpful even though they are not fluent in English.
