This is a newly-opened hotel in Kanazawa, very close to the JR station. The main sightseeing spots are about half an hour away by walk, but easily accessible by local transportation. Most importantly, Kanazawa is best suited

as a base for a day trip of the Japanese Alps, and the Alpine villages such as Shirakawa-go and Gokayama.

The room is quite spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The room and the linens are absolutely clean and spotless. The basic amenities, including water bottles and Nespresso coffee / tea, are furnished in the room,

and additional amenities are available in the lobby. One of the days was rainy, and the staff were helpful to provide us umbrellas for our use.

I would be remiss if I did not mention the hotel staff. They were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel does host a restaurant, but we did not have the opportunity to partake of

the local cuisine served at this restaurant.

Without reservations, I would state that this is the best hotel in Kanazawa.
