Great location, just a 3min walk from Kanazawa Station & JR bus stop. The room was a decent size for a 2 night stay and extra pillows delivered quickly when requested. Excellent value for money with onsens, free drinks & snacks in the dining room 7-9pm plus ramen later in the evening. Laundry also onsite, free washing machine and ¥100 for 20mins in dryer, 1hr sufficient. Walking distance to good restaurants in the evening. We would stay again.

Amazing budget hotel with hot spring! Location was great, just 4 mins walk from the train, metro and bus station. The hotel offers free beers, wine and ramen at night. The public onsen has outdoor and indoor area, also have sauna as well. The staffs were friendly and the hotel offers free luggage storage service too. Although the room was small, it was clean and cozy.

The hotel's hot spring is a private source that is pumped from 1,000 meters below the ground, and has the effects of neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, fifty shoulders, coldness, and fatigue recovery.
Also, the lounge service every night from 19:00 to 21:00,we offer beer, wine, highball, soft drinks and simple snacks.
In addition, the hotel is a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa Station, so you can easily go to Kanazawa's famous sightseeing spots.

This is not a fancy hotel and rooms are definitely small but clean.
The Onsen on the roof was a super amenity to enjoy in the evening after a day of sightseeing. Having the complimentary Onsen to use was a big plus of this hotel. Enjoyed a good quality massage too.
This hotels location, which is very close to the train station and large mall across the street so many dining options made it easy for us.
The staff were nice but only speak limited English.

The hotel's large public bath is a natural hot spring that can be used to relieve fatigue. You can take a bath any number of times from 15:00 to 9:00 the next morning. Please use again by all means.

As two friends travelling around Japan we really enjoyed our stay after we paid extra for a twin room so had more space and separate beds. The free coffee station, free evening bar and free ramen were an unexpected treat. The ladies spa area was very pleasant and we enjoyed the in-house treatments that we were able to book during our stay. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and completely focussed on exceeding guest expectations. Having never stayed with this chain before I will now look for their other locations when travelling in Japan. Fantastic experience!

Great hotel just 3 minutes walk from the JR station and convenient for all the buses in Kanazawa too. Comfortable room, Onsen on the top floor. Really good Western and Japanese style breakfast. One unique feature was complementary beer and wine in the lounge in the evening. In itself very nice, but this made a social space where we met several other guests. There are also laundry facilities on the top floor which was particularly helpful. We would not hesitate to return and would recommend Dormy Inn Kanazawa
