This hotel is a little bit remote which allow you to avoid Nui Me crowd. This is what we were looking for but if you want to enjoy the city you will have to get transportation.
The hotel is very nice and the room very comfortable.
The beach is nicer than the other hotels, the swimming pool reasonable size and the rest of the amenities are good.
We were off pick season so the resort was relatively empty and it allowed us to relax and enjoy. Not sure if the Infrastructructure can cope with the hotel being full.
The breakfast was good. We stayed one night only so could not compare on multiple days lack other reviews.
To my surprise for a resort the staff was barely speaking English we had many communication issues.
Also they barely smile, a resort effect I guess (compare to smaller hotel) and in general I did not find the staff as helpful as in other hotels.

is a bit out off the busy part. That is what we prefer. If you want to you can rent a moto just out side of the resort it will take you 5 minutes to get to the busy part or a taxi. This place has a very luxurious feel to it from the moment you arrive big reception area with lots of seats, perfect big pool with seats around it or between the pool and beach or at the beach. Tons of choices. What we noticed is that 95% of the people staying there is German and of 50 plus. If you don't mind this is the good place to stay.
We stayed 5 nights. Rooms are perfect. Big beds, enough space for 2 big suitcases and more, shower and balcony with 2 chairs, everything else looks well maintained.

Only little comments bit of variation with breakfast (never saw mango, passion fruit or apples) every day watermelon, pineapple, grapefruit and papaya maybe some peanut butter or Nutella for all the foreigners . If the beef soup today you get chicken the day after and than beef again this was also same with fried rice than fried rice with seafood than the day after fried rice again. The girl behind the egg station uses a lot of butter for your eggs and bakes it on a to high fire (tip from a chef) so when your butter hits the pan it is burned (see picture) Told her a few times but she did not take my advice. And maybe around peak time put 2 chefs on the egg and pancake station.

And for me it also was a bit confusing when I ordered drinks in the restaurant or bar when we were at the pool I had to wait for it and bring it my self while other guests got them served at the pool.

When the cleaning ladies are doing their rounds in the morning the love to scream at each other from room 615 to some one the ground floor. I was in my room next door after breakfast and could hear them screaming to each other and it went on for a little while. Maybe use a walkie talkie or the phone. It is a bit to much.

Would I come back if I'm ever back in Mui Ne. Yes I would.

My girlfriend and me came here the second time. We didn't make wrong decision. The resort is very clean, quite and comfortable. It's located in a great location.
The beach is Ok with clean and smooth white sand but there are some small reefs so be careful when you swim. We walked a little to the right, the beach will be better
Highly recommend for travellers who want to find a place to chill out, relaxing, reading book, etc.

The staff were all very friendly and nice. We had trouble communicating because of the English, however, google translate resolved this. The lady at reception was smiley and helpful. However, we checked out early in the morning in order to get a bus to Saigon. We were told that they could pack us a breakfast to take with us if we didn't have time to enjoy our paid for buffet breakfast. We were happy... until we got to the bus station and opened our food. The 'buffet breakfast" included: two slices of stale bread with a slice of ham inside. When I say stale I mean STALE. Then there was some tiny fruits that looked old as if they had been sitting out for a week or so. The best part of the breakfast was the dry plain muffin and the soggy biscuit. Extremely disappointed. We were really looking forward to enjoying a nice buffet breakfast. Settled for the packed breakfast. If I would have opened the boxes whilst at the hotel then I would have just left it with them. Would not recommend. The room was nice enough but the fridge didn't work. Also it's very far away from the nearest town area. Around 5km.

Fantastic hotel in a great location (away from the main drag which seems to cater almost exclusively for Russians). Beautiful grounds with a fantastic large, clean pool. Big rooms, every one with a balcony. Well decorated.

We visited for 6 nights at the end of November and the hotel was practically empty which meant on some days we had the pool completely to ourselves.

However, the service was poor if not nonexistent. Staff would not assist with booking our trains (despite every other hotel in Vietnam offering this service) which we found unbelievable.

Oftentimes young and inexperienced staff could be found hanging around the grounds in groups apparently with nothing to do. Waiting staff were attentive enough but their inexperienced showed.

The prices at the hotel are also ludicrous. Simple Vietnamese dishes at way more than anywhere else we've found in Vietnam.

If you want a beer, we recommend Mr Ha's shop by the turn off for the hotel. Friendly and sells large, cold Saigon bottles for 11k VND - about 4 times cheaper than the hotel and twice as much beer!

In short, if the service and food/drink prices were sorted out, this would be a truly fantastic hotel
