There are a number of tailors and dressmakers on the top levels, with fruits and a wet market on the bottom. Very much a market where locals would go to shop.

The food & drinks section at ground floor is cheap & good. There is one particular food stall at the corner serve various of noodles/local food. We had tried a few & it was the best throughout the food we had at Da Nang in 2 days, in terms of the taste & the price. The fresh fruit juice is another highly recommend item.
It's the good place to buy souvenir too. Can bargain. Much cheaper compare to Hoi An.
