Description: Located in the heart of Hoi An, just a few walks from the famous Japanese Bridge, The Chef owns a unique rooftop terrace where guests can capture all famous tourist attractions of the ancient town easily in one view. Being there, you can experience feelings like nowhere else, either under sunlight or moonlight. The Chef is also to bring you traditional Vietnamese dishes where tastes and aromas are perfectly balanced and harmonized, and freshness and natural flavors are treasured. Foods are made and served with passion and love by smilling and friendly peoples. The menu is created towards different types of enjoying foods, where gluten-sensitive or vegetarian/vegans peoples can easily find what they want. A large collection of special imported Belgian beers can also be a good reason for people to come and enjoy.

We stopped to have a quick lunch and the food wasn’t good at all. Besides, it didn’t look very clean and indeed my wife didn’t feel very well after that. I will not go back and wouldn’t recommend it.

Thank Alexandre D

We came here on recommendation from a friend- nice spot above the street. There is a roof terrace for getting a nice view of the city. Good was really nice- we had the green mango salad and banana flower salad. Would come back!

Great experience! We visited for drinks in the late afternoon. Good choices for the whole family. Plenty of space to lounge and chat while enjoying a cool refreshment. Nice change of pace from sitting a street level and being part gawked at and harassed by the walking sellers. The whole place has a very eclectic feel so make sure you look at the furnishings.

We only stopped for drinks after noticing the rooftop lanterns from the streets below. Lovely atmosphere in a beautiful rooftop setting above the Ancient Town streets... only wish we could have stayed for food!

We always find time to have cocktails and something to eat at night on the rooftop at the chef.
The rooftop bar comes alive at night looking over the rooftops at all the sparkling lights under the huge bamboo tree with dozens of lanterns and as an added bonus the staff speak very good english.
Great cocktails, great atmosphere highly recommended.
