We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the owners were very friendly and welcoming, it made us feel as if we were staying in their own home. The pool is fantastic and the rooms were very clean and comfortable with a rather impressive bath, all modern in design. The breakfasts were delicious and the setting was lovely, sitting outside. The location was ideal as it was 5-10mins max in a car (or a 15min cycle) into the old town but far enough away to feel secluded and quiet. Overall it was excellent value for money and we would definitely go back.

We went here on recommendation from a friend who stayed here last year. Wow, was she spot on! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

The family that runs this charming villa is absolutely amazing and hospitable - we went during my husband's birthday, which I never told them about. Just by looking at our passports, they figured it out and brought a surprise birthday cake to breakfast! This was such a genuine and thoughtful gesture and we were so touched.

The rooms are huge and comfortable, well-appointed with comfortable bed, sheets, pillows, and towels. The breakfast is custom-made each morning and was perfectly delicious - we loved both the western and Vietnamese dishes. And yes, the homemade passionfruit jam is to die for.

The location is quiet, away from town and out in the country on the family's shrimp farm. The water, complete with paddling wheels, is on all sides. It was very easy to get to and from the city center via taxi. Another option was a motorbike rental but we were not brave enough!

Absolutely charming!

Words can not describe how amazing our stay was in this beautiful and well run homestay. It is a great family business, where both the lady of the house as her husband take excellent care of their guests. Every morning they make these lovely breakfasts with baked bread, all kinds of eggs, fresh fruit and every day a different kind of fruit juice. Also the homemade phò is great. It is served with a fresh salad of lettuce and mint. The rooms are well maintained, new and very very clean. Everything you ask them for is being taking care of within minutes. We enjoyed coming back from the beach, have a drink from the minifridge and looking over there beautiful garden with all colours of flowers from our verandah. During our stay it was my birthday and they surprised me with a amazing homecooked diner and even a birthdaycake with my name in the icing. Being away from home almost 250 days a year this stay was absolutely thrilling. I guess great customer service does make the real difference. We stayed here for 6 days and left completely well rested.

Really great place to stay. The family who own this were great. The village is beautiful as well. It's a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. The Breakfast was great as well. Would come back if I ever return to Hoi An.
