Room was small, but adequate.
Staff were just lovely. We had a fabulous time.
Pool was perfect. Spa treatments were lovely - great deal on luxury escapes.
This vacation definitely felt luxurious. Room fridge was not cold though.
Bottled water available on request for free, Dong and Bao in the restaurant were super friendly. We would definitely go again if it cam up on luxury escapes or other.

Room tip: Our room was very small. No noise experienced. Ground floor pool view would be best

The resort is a short walk to town centre with good amenities. Great pool, good quality food and friendly, helpful staff (especially Dong). Enjoyed a complimentary trip to the spa for a massage, steam room and sauna. Room had excellent air conditioning and a comfy king sized bed. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort.

This is a lovely resort. Huge rooms, well furnished, and all the amenities are excellent.
Great Spa. The food is exceptionally good, and the breakfasts are spot on. Anything you want is there. I enjoyed the pool area, as it it mostly in shade and very pretty surrounds. They have a terrific happy hour from 4 till 7. Good Australian wines and very reasonably priced.
The staff try their very best and are so keen to please. There may be a few communication hiccups, but as they are so willing to help it is easy to overlook.
I loved staying here. Close to the Old town. Plenty of good shops and a multitude of good Tailors.

Room tip: I think there are rooms with stairs so I would ask if you dont wan't stairs!

Dear Jilly

Thank you for your review of your recent stay at Almanity Hoi An Resort, your words are encouraging for our staff, and very much appreciated

we ensure we keep our Bar and food prices at a reasonable level and many guests take advantage of happy hour sitting on the deck enjoying the garden views after a heavy day of sitting by the pool

You are right about some rooms with bedrooms up stairs not suitable for older but honeymoon couples love them

We All look forward to seeing you again at Almanity Jilly

Regards

Tony

From the moment we arrived at Almanity Hotel we felt extremely welcomed. The rooms were spacious and had a very asian feel.
The resort has a lovely flow about it with everything in close proximity.
Staff are gentle and try very hard to please but you need patience as with all Asian hotels.
The reception staff spoke excellent english but wait staff are still getting a hold of it. They are willing and attentive but just need your patience.
The food was delicious with breakfast a highlight.
The General Manager could be seen often wandering around and chatting to guests.
Definitely a place we would go back to and rate it very highly!

Dear Tim Tam,
love the biscuit

Thankyou for your recent review of your stay at Almanity Hoi An resort, your comments on the lay out would please the owner as that's, the concept they wanted to achieve.

We have a full time english teacher on staff from Canada, and all our staff attend English lessons daily, the courses are designed around hotels operation, and actual guest encounters that allow our staff to understand better and communicate more effectively with guests

Thankyou for your encouragement, and comments on Breakfast and our food in general and we all look forward to seeing you again at Almanity

Loved this hotel, fabulous clean and spacious rooms and ultra comfy bed. The pool was an oasis in this busy, bustling and hot little town. Food was great and good value, at last found a decent wine on the list and Australian football on the Tele in the bar, perfection. Only negative (and I had to think to find one) was the dangerous platform the bed was on - getting up in the dark at your peril.

Room tip: All rooms face the pool from what I can see
