We booked the afternoon session while in Hoi an. Time flew and was fund, cooking foods I have never made before! I wouldn't say it was overly informative however a great time nonetheless and well worth it. The teachers cooked the bun ca and fish on the bbq and the students fried the spring rolls which were the best I've tasted and easy to replicate at home like all of the food prepared. The class is well organised and intimate groups of no more than 6.
