Hoi an garden villas were a perfect little sanctuary for us to stay. About 3 star by Australian standatds but with 5 stars for cleanliness, friendliness and décor. It was so clean and presented immaculately. The pool was clean and wonderful for our kids after being dragged about the tailors. Breakfast was nice within the lovely gardens. Loved the bonsai and the butterflies. A very pleasant stay for us in a good family run business.

Room Tip: poolside rooms are directly on the pool so could be a bit noisy and lack privacy.

A charming hotel! The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble..

They helped us book bike tours and train tickets.

The free bike hire was excellent and really helped us see the beach end of town.

The rooms were very clean and large, the shower very powerful and the breakfast spot on.

If I was lucky enough to go back to Hoi An, I would stay here!

I really recommend this place for couple or family.
Very convenient and calm place with lovely people.
For people who don't like big fancy hotel and want to be closer to the locals.
Try they Pho or fried wontons they are very good.
And please say hi to Bee for me.

Agree with previous reviews - absolutely perfect accommodation for a family. The family suite - two bedroom, two bathroom, for $85 a night including breakfast, wifi, bikes etc. Great value, easy location - we rode with our kids on the back of bikes everywhere, or taxis at night. Great staff and friendly homestay family. Staff recommended prices for us before we set out on shopping expeditions too! Lovely pool. Hoi an is a great town, would go back in a flash. ( Also do the Red Bridge 1/2 day cooking school with kids - our 6 and 8 yo loved it!)

Our stay at this delightful place was fantastic. We booked a family suite and it was absolutely enormous. Huge 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs steps from the beautiful clean, cool pool. The staff were fantastic treating us like part of their family always smiling and ready to help us. Although 2 kilometres from the main town and 4 from the beach we got around by taxi and never paid more than a couple of dollars to go wherever we wanted to. It was extremely relaxing. The breakfasts were great with staff offering us as much food as we could eat and we even ate at the restaurant one night for tea as our daughter was sick and the dinner was delicious and very well priced. The little old lady at the shop next door sold cold beers and soft drinks and snacks..$1 for 3 beers.....wow. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definetely stay again..

Room Tip: The family suite was sensational and the smaller rooms looked nice too ask for a ground floor room...closer to the lovely pool
