The Blue Wave restaurant across the road from Cui Dai beach is good value if you want genuine Vietnamese food. Its an established family business and the owner Kim has good English and is really customer focused. Together with sister Nga the service is excellent and Kim’s easygoing description of the range of foods available makes selection of meals uncomplicated. It’s a small/medium sized restaurant with a team of cooks. For a couple of weeks off and on we had lunch and dinner there, tasted just about every one of the 28 courses on the menu, and found them all excellent.
