We came across Sake while walking around looking for a place to stay. The lady who owns and runs Sake homestay was lovely. She regularly brought us free juice, was very helpful and always smiling. It's nice and quiet here with clean rooms with private bathrooms and a fridge, reasonably priced. Nice location as it's not right in the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, and a nice bicycle ride from the beaches.

I stayed at Sake Homestay while touring Vietnam. I absolutely loved it. The facilities are excellent and I really enjoyed the location, in between the hustle and bustle of Old Town Hoi An and the beach. Everything is accessible by bicycle.
Mama Huong who runs the guest house is also fantastic, she is kind and always has a smile on her face. She cannot speak much English but we found ways to communicate, and honestly this actually seemed to add to the experience. She is the heart and soul of Sake Homestay.
Don't miss out, you will not regret it. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I stayed at Sake for over a month and just loved it! The rooms are a great size, wifi was great, coffee and the egg baguette in the morning is absolutely fantastic with a chili soy sauce...so good! Mama Huong is the most beautiful, kind, always smiling lady that will do anything for you! Family dinners, she does your laundry if you ask, irons it even! I really felt like I was a part of the family and miss her already! Location is great too, a short bicycle ride to town. You don't have to rent the whole house to stay here, they do single room rentals as well. Highly Recommend!
