We spent a week at the Rixos for my husband's 50th birthday, which was a repeat trip as we have previously stayed and we had another great time. The check in was quick and professional and were made up that we had been put in the same room as our previous trip. The room was spotlessly clean, just a couple of disappointments compared to last time as we had no face cloths and the slippers provided were poor quality compared to last time. The food in all restaurants is excellent and the a La Carte restaurants are outstanding. We loved the Asian, The Italian and the Meat Point. On the night of my husband's 50th our meal in the meat point restaurant was outstanding and was organised by Thomas the chef who came to see us whilst having our meal as rembered us from last time. The adults only pool area is a great place if you have no children which we don't so suits us. The service provided by the staff is outstanding and in particular the members of staff that made a difference to our stay were Sandeep & Anoop ( both remembered us from our previous stay ) , Manisha in the cigar bar in an evening and Nina from guest services. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be looking to return again. A big thank you to all the staff, but in particular the ones I have mentioned.

We have just come back from 7 days here. I have emailed the hotel already to tell them how good their staff are. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem on check in, not the hotels error it was a problem with the booking agent, not what was needed when hot, tired and with a boisterous over tired 6yr old. Anuj who worked in Guest Services took charge of the situation and sorted it.
I don’t normally pick AL inc hotels as normally find them not that good, I prefer to go out and eat but with a small child it’s an easier option..well we weren’t disappointed. The food was exceptional. Even the nightly buffet which we had on two occasions and breakfast. There are also 6 restaurants in the hotel, each one he god and service was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and they made such a fuss of my little boy.
The restaurant staff never lost their cool, even when being spoke to like dirt by certain guests. Majority were Russian guests and at times could be very rude and aggressive, which annoyed me greatly. I always made sure that all the staff were thanked with a smile and acknowledged.
The kids club and kids entertainment was excellent. My little boy loved it. Luawy who was Tanzanian and mostly worked in the kids pool was amazing. Always had a smile for us and was brilliant at his job.
The rooms were clean and housekeeping was second to none.
I would highly recommend this resort. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Just back from a 10 day family holiday with husband, son and his wife and two children. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We have cruised quite a bit and have been to Dubai and Abu Dhabi before but this hotel is in a different league. There is something for everyone. The food in the restaurants is amazing with 7 restaurants and a buffet to chose from. The only problem we had was choosing our favourite restaurant as they are all such a high standard. Our grandchildren loved it with lots for them to do. But the most outstanding part of the holiday for us was the service level. Every member of staff treated us like VIP's. Anuj Midha was our customer services manager and I can honestly say I have never come across better customer service anywhere even on cruise ships. Anuj checked in with us every day to ensure we were having the best holiday possible. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Bam did an amazing job cleaning our room (see attached photo). We were spoilt in Meat and Co. by Perfecto and his team, and in Toast N Burger by Ahmed. Anup and Christopher were outstanding in Olivia and also Sharon and MaryAnn in the reception bar. The lifeguards were all so professional and at the same time friendly. All the staff were excellent. We cannot wait to return and will be recommending this hotel to all our friends. We were sad leaving as we felt we were leaving friends and family.

This was our second visit to a Rixos property and it did not disappoint.

The hotel is very well laid out and the food is simply sublime! We stayed for 17 nights over Christmas and New year and the hotel was fantastic even at its most busiest over Chriatmas.

There is something for everyone here: great kids club and aqua park for those with children or a gorgeous adults only area with an infinity pool.

We preferred to sit at the beach every day as it was really quiet and had such a beautiful outlook. There was always plenty of sunbeds available throughout the hotel grounds.

The best part about the hotel is the amazing staff who take so much pride in giving customers the best possible stay, a big thank you to the following people:

Anup in the italian
Akstay in the mojito bar
Nev chef in bbq restruant
Joanna at fish bone
Satish at the Adults only bar
Manisha at the cigar bar

These guys deserved a special mention as they made us feel really special.

The food at this hotel is insane, there is so much choice.. Maybe too much choice.. We ate at the speciality restruant most nights and the food was always fantastic, fishbone was our favourite and ate at the buffet a few times, food was good here but we preferred to be served at the table.

If I had one criticism it would be that the staff on reception let the hotel down (excluding concierge as they are lovely) the reception staff are mainly Russian and were quite rude, they did not represent the other lovely staff working elsewhere in the hotel!

We can't wait to return next Christmas

The family rooms are large & staff try hard however the buffet restaurant is survival of the fittest & far more people than space in the pool or on sun beds. Lots of games in pool led by entertainment team - which are loud & music played around most of the hotel all day - finding a relaxing spot is challenging. Restaurant booking system a farce - have tried for a week & cannot get a table in any a la Carte restaurant- however guest relations have been helpful. Few British guests & not for the faint hearted.
