I had stayed there for one night with family. The welcome and reception of staff is good. The rooms are very small for the price they charge. Wehad ordered room service for dinner and it was the worst Ceasaer Salad and meat options. The salad was too salth the meag was very hard and cold and it took like forever to be delivered. They have onlh 2 cars for pickup and a single phone line which is always busy.Anytime yoy call for house keeping or reception it takes a lot of time to connect and then another hour for them to get to you. This was during a weekeday stay on low occupancy.Cannot imagine how they will handle rush hours. They need to add more resources and staff. Our room was never cleaned or made up the next day morning
Swimming is too small. Its ok for a dip.The free activites they provide will be good for kids nothing really interesting.
If you are going on peak winter months then fireplace will be an add on.

Very nice place, fantasy view, I recommend the 2 bedroom villa so you can have your private pool too.
Nice design, weather, service if you need few days far from the city and with your beloved one.
They need to improve only the breakfast (and the espresso!)
Mery at the reception is very professional, the Room manager is very helpful too.
Perfect for anniversary!

probably the best desert stay experience we have had so far. The lobby is tastefully decorated. The furnitures at the lobby and restaurant are unique and exceptional. The swimming pool is so fantastic with a great view of sand dune and endless desert. Do not miss the complementary activities, especially camel ride in the desert. It is so awesome.
Most of all, the service from the resort’s staff is flawless.
The Telal resort is highly recommended for anyone who are looking for 5 star the desert experience.

We went to Telal in our last week in country after living in Abu Dhabi for 2.5 years. We were excited to have a "staycation" in such a lovely place. The resort really is stunning and the views of the desert are wonderful. We booked a one-bedroom villa and loved the layout and the fire pit outside. We liked that the resort is "dry" but allows you to bring in your own alcohol. We both loved the decor in the room and the fact that the minibar is included (for the first time - once they refill it you have to pay). We also loved that there was no charge for room service.

What disappointed us was that we wanted to extend our stay by a night, which happened to be a Thursday. The reception took a long time to get back to us about whether the room was available. When they finally did, they told us that the rate would be higher because it was a weekend. This was fine, I used to work in hospitality so I understand. However, what annoyed us was (1) the massive jump in the rate from AED1100 to AED1900 and (2) that the rate was higher that what was initially quoted to us when I had enquired earlier in the week for a 2-night stay and (3) that the rate for that night in the same villa on booking.com was significantly cheaper, taxes taken into account. We both felt ripped off and thought that the resort could have been fairer with their rates, especially as we were already in house and the resort was practically empty. We decided not to stay the second night.

Still, a beautiful property and we enjoyed the sauna and a swim in the pool even though the weather was chilly and foggy.

An all women's trip from Dubai -short weekend getaway. The resort is on the outskirts of Al Ain in Remah and is easily reachable. The accommodation and dining facilities at the resort are best in class which is further complimented by the warm hospitality of its staff.
We had quite a bit of fun at the fire pit near our cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed the Arabian desert safari which included spotting gazelle (2 varieties) and the Arabian Oryx. We are yet to decide whether it was the sunrise among the dunes or the bonfire under the stars that was our Aha moment. Highly recommend this experience!
