The quality of the room was as per expected, and the Staff was very friendly ! They helped me with all of my questions (places to visit, how to go).. especially the receptionist ESMA, who was very friendly and smiles all the time xx

there was water leak on my room's shower. also on the floor, one parquet was missing. television's channel skipping was very slow. also our check in took long time like 10-15 minutes. pillow inside bed sheets was dirty like water mark or something. the hotel clear before like a year ago but not anymore.

Doghouse size room, to entering to dush cabin need to open the bathroom door.
The window you can not open, just for 20% as security lock is on.
Not suitable for anyone who like to have space and air around.
The night is loudly due to the music from the opposit street side coffe and the window quality.
Week selection and tastless, cold food in the restaurant along with uninformed and ignorant staff (just as the reception).
“Abandon all hope, ye who enter here!”

Our rooms in the Economy segment, ibis Otel, have been standardized as 17 square meters. In your next visit to Konya, you can stay at our Novotel Konya, a superior hotel located right next to us. Novotel Konya has Standard Room 25 sqm, Suite Room 45 sqm and you can choose from different room types.

Once again, thank you for your time to let us know your thoughts, and we would like to state that your feedback is highly valuable in the development of our work to continually improve the quality of our services.

On another trip, we will be happy to welcome you back at our hotel.

New, clean and cheap. Why not if you are in Ankara for a short trip. Rooms are a little bit small but still comfortable. They serve good breakfast as well. Highly recommended. Higher the better because of the view.

The rooms was very small, there was no enough place to feel free. If you stay for business and want stay only for one night it is ok but not for longer time.
The breakfast was very poor. There was no omlet or no other stuff available. Only a few thing what you do not want to eat so much
