We stayed two nights in this hotel arranged by my travel company.

What I like about this hotel:
1. Has dart, snooker and computer for guest to use
2. Allow guest to refill warm water.
3. Spacious with few blocks area.

What I don't like about this hotel:
1. No lift for 3 storey block. My room was at 3rd storey and had to walk up and down for dinner and breakfast.
2. Small crt tv with limited choices of channels
3.The heater in the room is not warm enough at all. Our room is still cold throughout the night.
4. The choices of food served in breakfast and dinner are limited.

Overall, it is still fine for just sleeping but not really enjoying it in the hotel

Can't give it even one spot rating but unable to leave a review without one!
Stayed at this hotel as part of the RSD Travel package tour 'On the trail of the Apostles'.
Staff not interested in even trying to be polite or welcoming to their guests.
Have to laugh at the photo depicting a mobility buggy - with 20 plus stairs to the dining room & no lift was wondering how the user was going to dine....... and rooms not equipped for a disabled traveller.

Have stayed in better backpacker accommodation, avoid like the plague.

Room Tip: Don't try

Had to stay at this hotel for 3 nights this week as part of the RSD Travel enforced deal & what a dump. No lifts for anyone disabled, the buildings looks dilapidated, the furnishings are dated & drab & looks nothing like their advert - so don't be fooled. Uninterested, unprofessional , staff who seem to hold the British visitors with contempt. Maybe a visit to the Premier Inn @ Mansfield would show how staff should welcome visitors & show some interest in their paying guests? Not even toast was available for breakfast & the buffet dinner was like school dinners. Only other hotels nearby so no-where to go after dinner either. This is barely a 3 star so be warned! The barman said it was closing for the winter so maybe that's their excuse.

We stayed this year at the Floria Hotel. The staff was wonderful, as was the buffet breakfast and dinner which is what counts with a group, especially if you are up early ballooning. The grounds are beautiful, amenities are good too, but for me the location is too far from town. A great option for a moderately priced group travel.

We read many reviews about this hotel: a lot of comments make us scared. But the hotel is not so bad: our room were big, with old furniture and bathroom, but clean. It's not a 4 stars hotel, but not the worst hotel in Turkey (avoid Sergah Hotel in Ankara!). Bar and extra were expensive, and is not conviniently situated.
You can try to avoid Cappadocia Inn and choose something else with pool and garden.
