Fantastic location ,this Hotel is what I would say was warm ,cosy, and classic. The rooms are to a high standard offering tea and coffee making facility, warm cosy dressing gown and slippers at no extra price. If you need a porter to carry your case there is one at hand. There is a Turkish Bath if you need to pamper yourself. The hotel I would rate as a 5 star and the food 3 star .The only down side is the price of drinks wine etc are expensive so make sure you have a bottle in your room before evening meal.Overall I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel I had a 3 night stay.

Room Tip: room 2114 but I believe all rooms according to what we heard was to a good standard

If you're coming to central Turkey for the cave paintings and a balloon ride, this is the place to be. If you're looking for a luxury hotel and a little pampering, there are better choices. The hotel is fine, the food is average, the staff is good, but the location is magnificent.

Room Tip: Rooms vary in size. Ask for a large room.

Free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities but it's all about location. Only 300m from Göreme and 5 mins walk from world heritage site. We were lucky that our bus of 40 ended up here. Food is as you'd expect when a hotel is catering for a large group. Main courses were disappointing but everything else was fine. Room was grand for our needs and spotless. Only imported drink and raki is available which is disappointing

Amazing spot and wonderful Hotel. Rooms were lovely especially if you got an outside room.
Restaurant & Spa down stairs & no lift that we saw to our room on 1st floor but ok for active 60 plus like our group. Restaurant great. lounge lovely with gift shop. Outside was amazing to see hot air balloons taking off, you can book a trip wow! Trips to Pidgeon valley & to the cave houses didn't take long & were fantastic to see. The Underground village is not for faint hearted bit dark & narrow & busy but amazing to visit, such history around this area.

Room Tip: This is the place to do history, amazing cliff churches and cave houses. This is the place to do hot air ballooning as the scenery is out of this world. Outside rooms are bigger than inside the Hotel.

Just arrived in Istanbul from this hotel and believe me it was the perfect hotel in the most idyllic loction in Cappadocia. You are metres away from where the ballons take off and a walk into the caves and mountains is right outside the front door. The hotel staff were polite and friendly and the manager very welcoming. The view from our balcony was amazing and the room was ideal.
The restaurant was good with plenty of space between tables to enjoy open conversation. if you want to be in the heart of the hills and a stones throw away from the town centre this is the hotel for you.

Room Tip: Book your ballon flights and tours through the hotel, they are the experts and can get good rates for you. Ask for a view over the valleys
