In western standards, this hotel is probably a 2 out of 5 but in comparison to the typical accommodations found in small Turkish cities, this one is fairly average or just slightly above average. The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also very good. The room, however, was not great.

We spent three nights at this hotel while we explored the beautiful Gallipoli Peninsula. We found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel was fantastic. We stayed one of the two front-facing balcony rooms on the top floor. The room had recently been refreshed/renovated and was very comfortable. The bathroom was compact but new and clean with good facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet and dark for sleeping in. We slept very well.

Breakfast was quite good with typical Turkish fare plus a couple of different types of eggs. The basics of cereal and toast were available too, including some very nice jam options. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at that offered only instant coffee at breakfast (no way!). Though I must admit, I'm quite particular about my coffee and never enjoy being served filtered coffee either, so if proper espresso isn't available, I stick with tea anyway.

The parking service was prompt and very handy. A big plus in such a busy central location.

We found it a bit odd that our room had a very large balcony (basically a 4m x 6m terrace) with a view, but did not have any outdoor furniture to make use of. I would think that a small table and a couple of chairs would be the minimum expectation for such a balcony. Perhaps something they could consider in the future... We'd also like to see a couple of wine glasses available in the room; something that's usually pretty standard for a hotel of this category.

Overall, this is a very nice little hotel in a fantastic spot. It represents good value and we would stay here again if we returned to Canakkale.

This hotel has really great rooms. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is amazing. The location is also great, in walking distance to the port, museum, the famous bazaar, restaurants etc. It is right next to the ferry port which is great. They also have free parking which is difficult to find in the dead centre of the city. Breakfast was also good. You will not regret it if you stay here. We liked it a lot as a family.

Room Tip: Front facing rooms have a great view. Family rooms are really spacious but double rooms are smaller.

Hotel is in the center of the city. Port, restaurants bars and cafe's are so close. Otel has its own cafe also. Rooms are reasonably acceptable But bathrooms need renovation, and infrastructure of Tv must be updated.
