Checking in: easy and quick
Staff: great! Servet and Yusuf at lobby bar were polite, helpful and friendly. The guy at the pool bar whose name l don't remember was also great. Some staff lacked smile.
Rooms: clean, spacious with a good shower. Family rooms and balcony chairs suffered from dust due to construction works just in front on the hotelin room safe free of charge the electric had problems and sparks sometimes
Housekeeping: well done!mini bar updated everyday, tea facilities in room with instant coffee
Food: good but samey and mostly cold especially izgara and kebab which was cold most of the time
Beach: a 5-minute walk from the hotel but closed because of an early season stay
Animation: kids really injoyed it, though the resort was almost empty and few kids to participate in activities. Ati, Tulay and Sevgi are great and kind. With few guests in the resort, they managed to provide good activities and shows for both children and adults.

My wife and I live locally, and when there is a deal at Hotels we find it hard not give them a go for a night, or so. Very pleasantly surprised of the standard for the price. A lady on reception was very polite and efficient. The porter was also nice and when offered a tip said no, that's o.k. The room was comfy with a very good shower. There is a fridge with free Pepsi, water and fruit juice. There's also free tea, coffee and a safe in your room.
My wife is a bit of a sparkling wine sort of person when not drinking Gin and Tonic. She was happy to see they do a sparkling wine, which, according to her was of very high quality. They had Efes on tap, Cocktails are also included in the all inclusive package so that did me just fine. The lobby bar is open 24 hours, but I think you have to pay from twelve pm onwards, I didn't last that long.
A few quick points.
The food was good, but a bit samey. Puddings were yummy.
The Hotel was clean and with some nice touches.
The swimming pool is also clean and maximum depth 1.4 metres.
Recommend coffee in the Patisserie
Staff are helpful.
Local shops five minutes walk away.

I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is probably 5*for Germans or Russians but not for the British. However, I would like to give some constructive criticism. The sea view rooms means you should be able to see the sea from your room. Just because it's sea facing doesn't mean a sea view room to a holidaymaker. Introducing entertainment programmes in English for kids will also be helpful. Additionally, paying staff a good wage and a bonus scheme is better than anticipating a tip at every corner from guests. The price is reasonable but not cheap. However the food lacks quality though quantity is high with few variants. It's a safe hotel but hope the management would pay some attention to the points raised.

Room tip: Ask for upper floor facing the slide

Good hotel for the right price, food was very good but not too much diversity, lamb and steak were very very good. Rooms are clean but not too big and the ultra all inclusive didnt include international drinks, so the drinks were mostly with a lot of water.

I was on vacation at this ultra inclusive hotel. The hotel looks good, the food is ok but it's even better. In this hotel it is always full of Germans and Russians, very ok people. The disadvantage of this hotel is the activities because they are missing. Most of the activities are for children.

Room tip: Smile at the reception
