Very very bad choice ! I stayed here with my family( my mom who is 45 and my brother who is 16) and we all agreed that this is the one of the worse hotels that we ever been. This hotel definitively doesn`t deserve 4 stars, maybe 2 and a half max !!!
Food was basicaly the same every day, and it was all salads and chicken !!! Breakfast was the best meal of the day, because hotel has its own bakery so they made fresh bread and pastrys every morning. Everything else was pretty poor, starting from the pool, rooms etc.
Hotel has its own beach, but you have to pay for deck chair and umbrella !!! We had all inclusive deal, but if we wanted to drink at the beach we had to pay. Very very ridiculos rules. LOTS OF RUSSIANS also, very rude people, loud and dirty !!! Hotel entertainment was terrible, newest song that they played was Macarena, and DJ played the same thing every night...
I would NEVER go back here, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I have just returned from Alanya and the hotel is NOT a 4 star its more likely 2/3 Star. We arrived late in the morning and was allocated the ground floor room in block c (no see view), the fridge didn’t work, only one room had the AC the condition of the room was very poor.

I spoke to the reception staff in the morning to change my room as I was not very happy with the location, they advised no rooms were available (This is a lie as there wasn’t much people at this hotel), finally when I spoke to the manager they arranged to change the room yet again they tried allocating the room on the ground floor, finally they agreed to give me a room on the higher floors. The room was in the A block (this is the new building) and was the best room, front sea view new furniture, beds and nice fridge, again no Air-con in the 2nd room. Please note WIRELESS Internet access is only available in reception and the bar.

Staff – Some of the staff were very nice, the chap serving the drinks was extremely rude and arrogant, he would not serve more than 2 drinks at a time, there was 4 of us (inc children) so this meant I had to queue twice.

Food – The food was reasonable something different every day, however if you don’t like change then this is not for you as the food is very mild and non-english. The cups were dirty and chipped from the edge so if you have kids be careful, the plates were dirty and not very clean.

Also the hotel is 15 minutes away from Alanya City Center, a trip on the bus will cost you 1 lira (50p approx), the beach was nice and the Jeep Safari is an excellent experience, Boat ride was nice and relaxing I Paid 30 Lira per person for each excursion and both included food and drinks.

Alanya is a very nice place, very good for families, bear in mind this place is full of Russians and Germans, there was no English family in this hotel. The pool was nice and the slide was only open for 1 hour each day.

The hotel is just of a very busy highway and it is very noisy if you are trying to sleep.

Overall – I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Where do I begin?
We arrived at the hotel after midnight and were met by 2 muppets on the reception desk who didn't have a clue...They gave us our room key with a BROKEN key fob but were quick to fix it with some sellotape...We were shown our room which was very nice in A block.

The next morning we went to breakfast and were met by very rude Russians and Polish who do not know how to queue or have any basic manners....Breakfast choices are very few no bacon or anything substantial apart from an Omlette bar but the woman who worked on it was a slow worker and the queue was always round the corner and the wait was about 15 minutes.

The poolside was cramped and ok if you liked sunbathing up close and personal with someone who you had never met in your life... We decided it would have to be the beach each day as the provision there were far better than at the hotel.

In the evening the entertainment was very, very poor but ok if you were a Russian or Polish or German guests who liked to dance to head banging music all night long... There was no entertainment whatsoever for the English guests we seemed to be ostracised. But we did think it was funny that what entertainment they did have was spoken in English.

The barman asked my husband for a tip on the very first night of which he declined then after this when my husband asked for 3 red wines he was refused and said he could only have 2 but the Russians/Polish/German guests could have any amount of drinks they liked....needless to say the barman NEVER got a tip.

The bar staff and restaurant staff were very rude and showed no manners to English guests, so my husband complained to Ahmed the manager and the next day we were treated a little better, but it is sad that the nice treatment has to come via a complaint in the first place and should just be forthcoming.

Throughout our whole stay at the hotel we only ever met 2 other English families the rest were Russians/Polish and Germans. It is a shame that a small minority of rude individuals have spoilt this hotel and also Turkey in general.....

They do not know how to queue and just barge in and push in all the time, which is unfair on other guests who have spent time queuing.

Upon our departure from the hotel we handed in our key with the broken sellotaped fob and we were told we had to pay £20 for the damage to it....

My husband refused to pay as this fob was what we were given upon our arrival, so the security guards locked the gates of the hotel so we could not leave and other guests were unable to get in.

We were threatened by the hotel staff saying if we did not pay £20 for the fob then they would call the Police....

Obviously we had no alternative but to pay for this in order that we could leave the hotel and catch our flight home.

Please be aware that this hotel is not ideal to stay at if you are English and if you value your precious holiday time and money spent then I suggest you select somewhere else to visit as Turkey has now been very spoilt.
