Hotel resort massive it took a few days to really get around the whole resort the staff were friendly at times but it felt as tho to get tipped the pools were great for the children but the slides very rarely working and the animation team were always busy but seemed to be selective in who they wanted to join in the guest at the hotel are mainly european and were at times quite rude (very few english) the resort its self was in the middle of nowhere and the trips that were offered were very poorly organized and evolved around tipping the locals who were very touchy feelie and pushy and there is absolutely no safety culture out there and when you go on any trips you do take your life in your own hands (be warned) food was very receptive and you was never quite sure what you were eating but i must say the all inclusive was very good drinks and food on tap was good for the children good news tho there sprit measures were massive half a glass most of the time rooms ok but very poor air conditioning

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable enough. Although I must say on the negative side the food was terrible and the majority of hotel guests were Russian who were very ill-mannered, rude and greedy, always pushing in front of queues etc. The evening entertainment was not only lacking in quality but quantity. On the whole the hotel was ok but I don't think I would return.

I have to say that we have just got back form the best holiday i think we've been on. we didn't want to come home after 10 nights and are thinking about booking for October half term.

The photos really don't do the pools justice as they are huge and lovely and warm. there was great music and entertainment all day around the pool or you could go to then quiet pool if you wanted to chill out a bit. The slides are so fast and its great that they are kept seperate from the main pool as it stops all the kids shouting and screaming within ear shot.

The beach is fantastic and again the sea was lovely and warm and really clear. it;s also really shallow for quite a distance so great for the kids.

I was a little concerned that my 5 year old son might not have anyone who spoke English to play with as we were in the minority really, which I have to say was a nice change, but the animators and the kids club were brilliant with him. They introduced him to the other kids and he played with them every day for parts of it. The kids club is very easy going and they can go in and out if they want to. They do all sorts of activities with them and he loved it.

The shows in the evening are very cheesy but hey we went for fun and a bit of a laugh and the kids thought it was great.

The animators, especially Ben was fantastic with us and Franco who stood at the bottom of the stairs to the restaurant always said hello. He took us on a trip to Mahdia which was really good but beware the carpet sales and spice sales at this dads shop. I spent a fortune!!.man

The rooms were adequate and balconies quite small but we didn't really use the room so they were fine. the beds were really comfy but I did take my own pillows as I'd heard that they were very hards, which they were. I was very impressed with the sound proofing and the black out curtains they both helped have great sleeps.

The food was relaly good and always plenty of choice. If the hotel is busy though it does get a bit hectic but we worked out that 9.30 for breakfast, 2.00pm lunch and 8.45 dinner were the best times as the locals eat fairly early. No point in standing in a queue and arguing over plates if you can have a peaceful meal time we thought.

All in all a fantastic holiday and we'll definately be going back

Room Tip: the sea view rooms area amazing and we were upgraded when we got there just by asking nicely at rece...
