Not much i can say apart from there are better places in Bang Tao than this one..
Manger and Staff very rude and unhelpful. The Managers attitude was awful...
Poorly built and the top floor jacuzzi rooms have no safety barriers so someone could fall off.. Dangerous if you have kids..
If you want a relaxing holiday this is not the place as the pool has loud music playing all the time so you cannot relax by the pool. Also there is a lot of building going on near by and there is a lot of noise from Lorries going by.. Also the roads to the resort are bad if you hire a small car.
Food poor standard. 15 - 20 Minute walk to the Beach.
Like another reviewer said "Avoid at all cost"
For the same price you could stay at Twin Palms just up the road which is a 5 star Hotel, not Condominiums.. We ate there.

hotel boasts being close to the beach. it is close on a map but walking will take you 10-15 minutes through smelly area. if you have non-pool view you will have a dump-view. breakfast is ok

We booked this " resort" after reading their website. What a mistake! There were no cots available, a kitchen bare of any utensils, pots, pans, plates, cutlery and to top it off the stove was not connected. And as for the Spa, it did not exist.
When approached we were told that they were not a resort but residences. Strange they advertise as a resort and spa!
If we wanted a cot , not available but were given a doona for a 11 week old baby to sleep on.
If we wanted the kitchen to boil water to sterilize bottles we would have to pay10000 baht as a deposit to connect stove. Has anyone heard of such a thing for a " resort"?

When we approached the management they really couldn't have cared less.
After two hours of speaking with management they connected the stove and gave us. A saucepan. Again I say after 2 hours. Their web site says that your stay is all about you. No way !
It is unfortunate that we had to experience this disappointment in our choice of resort as the building is new, well set out, two room jacuzzi suite was roomy with a great view over the pool.
I believe that they are very short on staff as the manager was serving tables and learning tables and there seemed to be only one housemaid to clean rooms.
The receptionist was very arrogant and unfriendly when ever approached.
Imagine our disappointment after reading their web page which sounded so inviting to be met with such disappointment.
We have stayed in many Asian resorts and were expecting the same service to be expected from a four star resort . This resort did not come anywhere near the service one would expect

Room tip: Go somewhere else

This is a wonderful apartment/hotel. Great location - just a short walk through tropical jungle lined small paths to either Surin Beach, Bang Tao Beach or Surin Road shops. The one-bed apartment is very spacious and the patio doors let in a lot of light. We had a fabulous view at the back overlooking the mountains and many evenings watched the sun set from the enormous balcony. Initially we wanted to self-cater, but due to the supermarket shortages caused by the floods, and the huge variety of food vendors, restaurants and cafes nearby, we dined out most of the time. The Tropical also has its own restaurant too. The swimming pool with in-built jacuzzi jets is lovely to relax by or for a quick swim after the beach. Pool towels available in the rooms.

We stumbled across the property on foot after staying locally, as part of our three month visit to Thailand, and were very glad we did. The staff are very friendly and helpful, no maintenance issues even though it is a new property. Kitchen equipment and wifi is available in the apartments, plus all regular hotel amenities.

Room tip: The rooms at the back have mountain views, and rooms at the front overlook the pool.

There was a film crew staying there at the time so it was very busy but nothing was too much trouble! Special note of thanks to the funny Englishman Mike who helped us so much. Great location, great facilities and friendly staff.

Room tip: Lovely suites with private plunge pool on the balcony
