Hotel is amazingly clean and smelling good. All public places and also my room, shined alike new. Front desk service was really fast and welcome drinks offered.

My room was nice,.small towel elephant wishing me welcome to my room. Really modern and silent aircon, lovelly bathroom deco and big wide balcony to swimming pool. Silent, comfortable room but i really missed minibar items and maybe,..bed could be offer a better comfort. Balcony, please apply carden furnishing.

Breakfast,.so wide selection of tasty food, really worth of visiting.

Nice bar in the 3 rd floor with nice selection of beers and other drinks.

I am a swimmer so pool was so comfortable to training, big and deep enough.

This hotel is located in Sukhumbit road, center of the city. If you wanna go and buy drinks 7/11, or visit major restaurants and bars you have to walk 400 meters and pass the road of extremely heavy traffic. IT IS GRAZY DANGEROUS!!!, pedestrian painted safety line has no meaning in Thai traffic, nobody cares about people passing the road, speed in the city center is often 100 km/h, why, no traffic lights,.or retardation stings?

Good for what we paid

Good:
- Easy to find
- Next to Passione mall with a lot of food options
- We booked the huge apartment room which was very comfy. Bed is super comfy.
- Welcome drink was nice
- Allowed us to check in early
- Wifi is very good

Could be better:
- Breakfast is ok but not great
- Note to the manager - please provide a shuttle service....at least to and from the bus station 10-15minutes away. Even the cheapest hotels I've stayed in have provided a shuttle and you're supposed to be 4 star
- Could be sound-proofed better as you're next to the busy road

- Not good or bad but if you're staying in Rayong for the Koh Samet ferry, it's far from Ban Phe ferry pier (35 mins and 2 songtaew taxis).

Overall the hotel is nice but I would probably try the Holiday Inn next door next time I return

fantastic new hotel large rooms and friendly helpful staff great buffet breakfast with freshly made coffee

great place to stay nice central location close to shopping mall. I was upgraded up arrival to I bedroom suit which was amazing so big great bed and really good bathroom. definitely worth checking out and very well priced for what you get

Good

Nice hotel, smooth check in-out, good brekfast, big bright room, all staff what we meet was nice, polite... Beside big "festival",easy to find located on Sukmuwit Rd. Main Rd. In Rayong. We like pool specialy in morning hours...

Spacious room with beautiful furnishings butt

I was looking online for a nice room at Rayong when I stumbled on this beautiful place. It's along the main road and near a shopping center so you don't miss out on food or shopping. The room is huge and the furnishings are beautiful probably enough to fit 4 ppl. The price was affordable and definitely worth the value...BUT except 1 thing. Perhaps due to the closeness of the levels, the plumbing can be heard very clearly when someone is filling up the bathtub or taking a shower. It's not a problem in the day time unless takes a bath in the wee hours of the night and it would most likely wake a light sleeper. The swimming pool is pretty cool and parking is a breeze. I highly recommend to families and couples who want a comfortable stay with a budget.

Nice room with best value

Hotel is new and clean. Located on the main road and in city center. Easily go to shopping mall and local shops.

Room size is perfect with large bathroom. Bed is comfort. As I was on business trip so did not have chance to use other service and outlets in hotel. But would like to go back to stay again for next visit.
