Traditional Thai style Villa complex set in garden of eden type gardens. Slightly remote from town but wonderful experience, ideal for larger group of visitors.

This isn't too commercial or buzzing a beach like Patong. If you are looking for a calmer beach, want to get to explore nearby islands via the Thai Longtail boats, this is the beach to get to.

I would personally visit this beach towards early evening, nice views and decent grub around.

The beach here is not really for sunbathing, but there are several local Thai longtail boats here. You can easily book a day tour to nearby islands.
There are also several nice restaurants along the edge and a pier to walk up and down.

Rawai Beach is famous for it's Seafood, as well as being a launching place for boat trips. A really nice spot just to drink and or dine by the water. At Rawai Beach, the water can be right at your feet (literally) as / if you enjoy to choose your seat by the ocean. Also, you can watch the boats come in, while listening to the calming sea breezes (see my YouTube) too. It is definitely a serene little spot to drop into, on your travels around Phuket.

Promthep Cape is surrounded by small islands attractive enough for adventurous divers and explorers to make their days. Lone Island can be seen just a mile away from the pier. Coral Island, one of the diving spots that is loveable by Skin Divers. Crystal Island (Koh Kaew) stands just across from Promthep Cape These amazing islands can be easily accessed via a short sea excursion on local long-tailed boats from Rawai Beach.
