Just landed home from a great holiday in Thailand.

The hotel is perfect for what you pay for. Sunbeds are limited but we never struggled as we are naturally up early. We did notice a lot of people would put towels on the beds then not return for 3/4 hours which can be frustrating for people coming down to use the beds.

Breakfast was nice, buffet style with a huge range of food. Also fresh eggs cooked to your taste were really good.

Cleaners were amazing and left our room so clean every day as well as restocked towels and pool towels without us having to ask.

Reception staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome straight away and were always on hand to help if we needed them.

Beach is less than 5 mins walk away and very good restaurants all so close by.

We must say the security man was our highlight of the holiday. He works most days and never fails to make you smile. He makes the effort with every single person and always greets you so warmly. He’s a credit to the hotel

For its budget price, the hardware is more than satisfied, pool is very clean. However, services are bad. They don’t distribute pool towels at pool, they put pool towels in room.

After we had used the pool towels, we needed to request them four times by call and at front desk in order to get them to replace our used pool towels. The front desk said it was mainly due to many low level staff can’t understand English.

We also ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner once, there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied. We waited more than one hour to get our food, the staff said they had many orders. Maybe room service orders?

Even the table who came after us got the food earlier than us. We asked the waiter why. The waiter simply asked us to complain to the management. Ha?!!! What kind of answer was that?

Lovely hotel. Good varied breakfast catering for different cultures. Reception, breakfast and cafe staff absolutely lovely especially Flame and Noon.
Reservation Manager Napawan was a great help in answering pre booking questions and payment options.
Very good value. Good location close to the shopping, entertainment, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool with jacuzzi and children’s slides.
Not enough loungers when it’s busy in the mornings but improves after lunchtime.
Onsite spa is small but very good. I had 3 treatments as they had special offers on.
Because we booked our stay direct with hotel and stayed for 21 nights, we received complimentary return private transport from airport as well as a 1 hour complimentary massage.

Only negatives are that they play music in the cafe next to pool quite loudly and can be heard in the bedrooms above if balcony doors open. Also daily room service cleaning needs improving.
Rooms have a bath too although I only used the shower. Bathroom especially shower is dated and could do with upgrading.

Conclusion: Highly Recommended as despite minor issues, overall it’s a lovely good
value hotel with polite helpful
staff. I would stay here again.
