We are a family of 5 (two samll daughters 2 & 4 years old) visiting from Singapore and are currently staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket. This is our 4th time here within 2 years. The past three stays we enjoyed to stay in the main wing and this time we decided to book a room in the Busakorn wing and we ONCE AGAIN VERY VERY VERY HAPPY.
This is our 5th day here and it is simply fantastic.
As mentioned we are traveling with our two children and our nanny and have requested two adjoining rooms/Studios in the Busakorn wing.
The holiday already started very positively by being able to access the rooms at our arrival at 10 AM in the morning, which made everything very easy. We unpacked and within 30 minutes we could enjoy the fantastic pool.
We were welcomed by several staff members, who remembered us from last year and were very welcoming and friendly.
The hotel is extremely kids friendly. The girls love the kids area and kids club, which is very nicely located in the main wing. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.
What I personally appreciate is that the hotel rooms are clean. No carpet, but flooring, which the maids clean every day. The staff is very attentive and knows, that the girls are taking their nap between 1-3 and always make sure that the rooms are being cleaned before noon, which is very nice.
It's very funny, that this hotel is located in the heart of Patong, literally cross the street from Patong beach, but still offers privacy and comfort. Once wouldn't believe this and we unfortunately have tried several other resorts, before happily finding the Holiday Inn Resort two years ago.
Anyhow, I thought I'll share our current experience.
We still have a few days to go and can't wait to book our next stay here with our girls.
