Wonderful hotel

What an absolute gem of a hotel. Close enough to Patongs beaches and nightlife yet set in a quieter picturesque location.

The rooms were huge with a fabulous view over the Andaman sea.

The breakfast was plentiful with a great choice for every nationality and palate.

The Manager Phil was often seen interacting with guests which was great to see and very attentive to his guests comfort.

I would certainly recommend this hotel due to the friendly staff and cleanliness

Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room tip: The sea view lounge is excellent for anyone with a late flight. Towels and hairdryers are all provided. A comfortable air conditioned lounge

Such a good job by staff

I love this place and staff are very nice and ready to serve you. I got an upgrade room which was new and large, thank you Rita to help me and solve my problem upon check in. Front staff got the great service mind especially Khaokong, Freeze, Golf. Breakfast was great, good quality and many of choices. You done a good job guys

Good Hotel

I loved this hotel and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good and room was clean and tidy. Nice view from our balconly but many steps here. There are two swimming pools which was more convenience and stunning view for sunset. This was our first time in Thailand and Phuket, thank you Diamond cliff to make us great memorable.

Super Suite with Brilliant views

The resort got a brilliant view a bit far from busy area. We felt more comfortable and thanks God that we booked this place. Up on arrival the reception staff was welcoming us and checked in was smoothly, thank you to Rita who upgrading our room to be in new Suite. Breakfast was perfect, variety and a lot of choice. All staff very nice and friendly even they could not speak English very well

Room tip: Became full if you could not walk well. Many steps

Very average

Had a deluxe balcony room with sea view. The room its self is impressive upon first glance but the cracks start appearing soon.

The air conditioning didn’t work which made the first nights sleep very uncomfortable. The bed is very hard. The shower made the bathroom flood, the shampoo, shower gel etc provided is very basic and there is no iron provided in the room. One can be requested but they don’t have any steam irons. We also had ants in our room which were all over the towels.

The top pool is dirty and the service at the pool bar is not friendly, however the sea view pool is much nicer.

Breakfast is disappointing and chaotic and they use poor quality fruit juices

As mentioned in other reviews, the resort is very steep and coming home any later than 2330 means you have a walk back up to your room. We had an early check out so requested our bags to be collected so we didn’t have to walk down with them, we waited 10 minutes past the time we asked for an no one arrived so we had to walk down as our transfer was waiting.

All in all a very average hotel in the area of Patong (which I would strongly advise against going to unless you want an 18-30s party holiday).
