First time in Thailand and we loved it.
We stayed for a week and it was such an amazing experience..our rooms were huge and clean, breakfast had a lot of choices with freshly made food, the facilities in the resort were well maintained especially the gym and the swimming pools and the staff were amazing and friendly!.
Our only small issue was that the communication was a little bit tough but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
Will be going back again for sure!.

It is a great place to spend your holidays.The food and service are excellent. The hotel people are welcoming and always bend backwards to help you.I don't have a rating for this hotel but having travelled far and wide I'ill estimate that it's worth a five star. The only grudge I have is that it is situated at the far end of Patong Beach.

We have just returned from a short break at the Diamond Cliff and we had a wonderful time. The resort is situated on a hill about 20 mins walk from central Patong, we liked this as we were out of the craziness that is Patong but within easy reach if we wanted it. Our room was beautiful, large comfy bed, lovely bathroom and the air con was great after a hot day by the pool or exploring. The pools were great, we spent most of our time at the oceanfront pool which has lovely views. Breakfast was fabulous, great mix of western and eastern choices, fresh fruit and pastries, we ate at the restaurant one night and the food was good but on the little expensive side compared to surrounding restaurants, but you would expect this to eat at the a Hotel. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I have was staying in the "Romantic Sweet No.5701" during 12-15 Aug. 2019 with my husband. I very impress with the fantastic panorama sea view and luxury facilities in Boutique style i.e. lovely swing, the big Jacuzzi, nice balcony and rest room. You will clam down and feel so good due to you can see the beautiful sky and see while jacuzzi, sitting on swing / balcony, lean on the bed eventhough while you in the rest room. It so very nice for the couple or anyone who require for natural take rest.
The food of Diamond Cliff is so delicious. I had tried the Seafood at their "Sea Salt Restaurant" in the evening with Sun set sea view before tried the Japanese Food at "KIKO Restaurant" (So, love this one :) ). And the last night tried the Thai cuisine that so very delicious in the Thai style restaurant.
Highly recommended to visit the nice place on Patong - Phuket - Thailand

This is a very, very nice resort-the rooms and gardens and restaurants etc. are all gorgeous. We had a suite with an ocean view and it was close to the larger of the 2 pools which was fantastic. Air-con in the room worked very well. Nice decor and lots of space. We also had a balcony with a clothes airer which was handy.
Breakfast was included in our package and was fantastic-lots of variety and a beautiful restaurant. Otherwise we didn't eat in the hotel as food in the surrounding restaurants was much cheaper and adequate for us - we are not what you would call foodies. We did try the happy hour cocktails which were good value.
As the hotel is on a cliff - it is quite steep even to walk to reception but they have a shuttle form reception every 5 minutes to take you up close to your room which was necessary for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
