Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the action on Bangla Rd. The staff are magnificent - particularly the restaurant staff. A late night drink on the top deck is a must. The room was fantastic - highly recommend room 213! Quiet, particularly as it got later, it's away from the street and most of the party noise. Room decked out in red & black with neon lights for mood lighting! Spa was great and the pool on the top deck is awesome. Housekeeping twice a day. Really great option to see Patong at its heart!

Beautiful, classy hotel, right beside Patong's party district. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is great. Can be a little noisy, though. so maybe arrange somewhere closer to the Phuket airport for your last night in Thailand.
Room tip: If you want to experience Bang La Road from a classy perspective, go for it.

We stayed here during our holiday in Phuket and we can't ask for a better place to stay. Yes, it is near to clubs and can be a little bit noisy but maybe we are ok with it. The room was luxurious!!! With jacuzzi at the balcony. There was also a rooftop pool. Very very nice. Location was a short walk to the beach. Also near to Jungceylon Mall. Many places to eat and shop.

We requested a room at the back of the hotel, away from the noise of the bangla road nightlife & were given a room right next to a new club that had recently opened. The next day we transferred to the Absolute Sea Pearl Resort, which was fabulous. The receptionist at the Bangla Suites who checked us in could barely make herself understood in English & we were delighted to check out after one sleepless, noisy night. Never again !!

Stayed here recently for a week. Rooms were very clean, tidy, well furnished. Had large 2 person private spa bath, shower and toilet, Kitchen well equipped if you wish to do any cooking - microwave, full size fridge, hotplates, pots and pans etc Serviced twice daily - fully cleaned/beds made in the morning, beds turned down and tidy up in the evening.Towels changed daily - even beach towels provided as well. Hotel colour scheme amused us somewhat - a bit porn style we thought...with the red and black, plus blue ceiling mood lighting lol
Location is great!! You are in the heart of it all...really close to everything, night life/bars, 100's of restaurant/eatery choices, mini mart, the beach, shopping - both street/market vendors and upmarket shopping malls. A great rooftop pool and spa with a nice restaurant and bar- nice views from up here -especially at night. Happy hour by the pool 4.30 -6.30pm with half price drinks each night is great. Hotel staff were fantastic -very friendly, helpful with great service.
Would quite happily stay here again - just request a room further back from the street entry side - to minimize the nightlife noise...it's only real down side.
Room tip: As for a room away from the street entry side, so you are further away from the night club/street noise.
