We came here for our honeymoon and we loved our stay! We travelled quite a lot around Thailand and stayed in several different hotels and this one was our favorite.

Our room was the Sky Suite Plunge Pool which was a very modern room on the 7th floor with a beautiful bathroom and private outdoor pool. The pool lit up at night and overlooked the ocean. The entire balcony side has full length windows instead of a wall, so we woke up to a beautiful sunrise.

The rooms are quite a hike up from the lobby, so they offer a complimentary tuk tuk or shuttle service from your room to the lobby and vice versa. They also have free scheduled shuttle times to go to the Patong beach or the Jungceylon mall downtown.

The complimentary breakfast was great! There was a nice spread of American and Thai food as well as a barista! I was impressed by their waffles and pancakes. So flavorful!

The only con would be that there's nothing much to do around the hotel. So take advantage of the free shuttle services.

I had a blast with my boyfriend at this resort. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious! I recommend anyone staying here to get the breakfast deal, they offered a breakfast buffet with a combination of Asian and Western food. My room had a beautiful view and a lovely jacuzzi; also, took advantage of the free shuttle complimentary of the hotel -I was able to explored the Jungceylon shopping center, Bangla Road and Patong Beach. Will definitely book with them again next time.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel while in Phuket. The view from your balcony is one of the best on the island, the room is large and modern with your own private pool and the staff are helpful, professional and go above and beyond for there guests.

I would highly recommend this hotel for both couples and family’s and we can’t wait to return in the near future.

Firstly, the bed - ROCK hard - literally as comfortable as the ground! When we called reception we were told all the beds are the same and they put 2 Mattress Toppers on before it was somewhat soft (but still VERY uncomfortable)

Secondly, house keeping. Sometimes we got fresh towels, some times we didnt. Other days we got 2, other days we were given 4. Soap / shampoo was never replenished. SOMETIMES coffee was. SOMETIMES they'd replace the used glasses they took. Rubbish was not taken out. They completely ignored the "do not disturb" sign by ringing the loud bell on 2 seperate occasions while we were sleeping.

Thirdly, the "private Jacuzzi" is cold and has only 2 jets. Very disappointing

Otherwise, breakfast was good and staff is friendly. Hotel is NOT worth the money youre paying

Dear Carl B

Thank you for your recent stay with us and for taking time to share your review.

We are sorry to hear about the lapse in service during your stay. We have identified the staff who was in charge of taking care of your room and she will be undergoing further training to ensure correct procedures are followed and standards are improved.

The jacuzzi is an outdoor jacuzzi and due to the warm and humid Phuket weather, the water is kept at room temperature level.

If there is anything I can personally do to assist you in future, please do not hesitate to drop me a personal note at amrish@indochine-group.com

Kind Regards,

Amrish Buroty

We recently stayed at the Indochine Phuket. This resort is built on the side of a mountain and as we had a Sky Suite ( top off the hill) the views are amazing.
Staff were very friendly and obliging and there was a very extensive selection for breakfast.
However, due to how steep this site is I would not recommend for people with mobility problems or young children. To get from our room we just called reception and had a few minutes wait to be picked up, but there steps everywhere or steep hills.
Our room was modern and clean and we selected a pool room so had our own plunge pool which had an excellent view over Patong Beach and the view at night was magical.
There are 2 restaurants close by with good food at reasonable prices or a taxi / tuk tuk to Patong only cost B300 for 9 people.
The resort would benefit by having a bar at one of the two pools.
Good location for those wishing to stay close to Patong but in a quieter area.

Room Tip: Rooms nearer the road can be a bit noisy.
